Michelle and Noura worked hard getting everything taken care of a long line and did great! (Beau is another pharmacy staff member I usually see but he wasn't there this time). Everyone is friendly (although, busy) and I feel like they need to know they're doing a great job. Thanks team! My doctor filled my prescriptions there to try to save me some money . Next time I'll just pay more to go to cvs . I called this am to see if they were ready since I'm not a regular customer I don't get notified that they are ... Amber answered the phone . Very short , huffing before I could even finish my sentence she interrupted and said I just need your name and dob.... Well ok . She couldn't hear my dob a couple of times so I repeated it louder and clearer which seemed to set her . When I came in only one lady with er at counter and I went down a middle aisle that seemed to be right , but apparently I was not standing in the right spot , and with my luck ...the cashier was Amber ... who very rudely told me I was not standing in right spot . So I said I apologize it's my first time here ... went to right spot , the lady left , so I walked up .. no sign saying "don't walk up !!!" And she started answering the phone and said "I wasn't ready for you so you'll have to wait "... WOW... I tried apologizing again feeling like the biggest a hole ... she then mumbled after she got off of one call "Jesus people " like she hates her job so much . I feel bad for her . She is a miserable person but that really hurts your customer base having a small business up against the giants with that kind of service as your face front ... I will never ever let my doctor send my prescriptions there again and I will be going on google , next door , etc Do better

I thought instead of wasting these 30 min of my life because rx was put back I'd pick up a few things. Shelves are empty..literally empty!! They deny that they're shutting down but they might as well. Worst place in town!!

I've used Dokimo's since they opened 19 years ago and they were perfect. I brought them back and the clerk said that I couldn't get a refund because I didn't choose the correct ones. I had no idea there were new monitors and strips. They should have asked me what monitor I was using to sell me the correct strips. They put the blame on me. $92 down the drain. I'm changing to Raley's. Their Adaptogen Blend: Ashwagandha, Holy Basil, Rhodiola, Schisandra, Licorice, Eleuthero & Milky Oat. Named Sustainable Energy, this organic-based blend will balance out many constitutions. Full Moon Blend supports cycles. Spleen tincture for especially demanding times. I was guided to exchange another tincture I'd purchased for pick-up, and I have to say, the second one she invited me to try was not only pendulum-confirmed by my body - such a positive read it was bouncing off my solar-plexus - it nourished my Spleen in profound ways. The Spleen formula she said was for students, and as I was finishing up my graduate thesis, this seriously helped. Thank you, thank you. She herself got her graduate degree in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and said this tincture helped her through her studies. (Wish I could give her credit by naming her, but will add it if I see her there, again. Very helpful.) She translated a wealth of information to me in succinct, kind and clear ways. I also appreciated that rather than have me get what I thought would serve me, she stepped up to confirm which choices were good and guided me to a choice that was better. This reflected proactive care. Each person here has an intuitive way of letting you do your thing while stepping in to assist at the right moment. I appreciate this. I used to frequent Scarlet Sage & Herb Co. in San Francisco before and after they changed hands and this is the closest I've found to that store's original conception. They have a deep respect for plant-medicine, here. They also have a down-to-earth vibe while consciously relating to and working with community in support of other locally-based people, businesses and products. Their tinctures are now spread out throughout the bay. I'd recommend going in person, however, as they have many additional tinctures that are either unavailable or sold-out online. Sanitizer right at the door. Social distancing practiced. Clear walls at the register. Clearly marked footprints on the ground as reminders. Got a solid Clary Sage here, too. Keep those dreams alive!

SUPERB, SPECTACULAR, PHENOMENAL, EXCEPTIONAL, 20 STARS (on a normal 5 star scale)…read more It is unfortunate that we had to utilize their services, family being placed on Hospice care, but I am glad they were our first choice. Our health care provider gave us a list so I hopped on Yelp and took a look at some reviews. This one had such a high rating I had to read through the other reviews to be sure, but this was our first choice and we got it! This is not what I am used to in larger healthcare settings, but I am so glad that they aren't some super excessively large entity because the personal service we received was out of this world! Literally could not have asked for anything better in caring for our family. It started with our provider reaching out to their offices, shortly after that calls started coming in to deliver the bed and supplies (they use Hospice Source for equipment delivery - will pen another review for them specifically). Once we figured out what they do and don't provide we hopped on Amazon for anything else we didn't already have so we could be thoroughly prepared for our loved ones care. Intake Nurse was at our home shortly after our family member came home from the hospital. They hand you and informational booklet (handy way to keep everything organized and sorted) with homework assignments already inside for the funeral arrangements, general definitions, even a spot to write your entire care teams name and number so everyone in the home has access, etc. We even received a blue card to place on the fridge for contact information for our care team! Our private team was 2 nurses, an aide, social worker, chaplain and even a couple on-call/after hours nurses as needed too. Every one of these staff members we were assigned were absolutely phenomenal! Supreme service all around, if I had my own company I would extend each and every person that came in a job offer. They were THAT good. Hospice work is very tough to continuously be with people at often their lowest point or right before they pass away. With all the heightened emotions of the patient, family and their own personal lives.. you can imagine this is often a thankless job. We expressed our gratitude thoroughly to every one of our staff and I am writing this review to tell anyone reading to have some patience, compassion, and grace. THANK YOU Advanced Home Health & Hospice. No offense, but I hope I never need you again. If I do, you will be the first team I call or recommend to anyone in your service area.
