People are coming to get their medications from you in hopes that they will be treated like a human being. You are going to lose a lot of customers. If you're questioning if any of this is true. kinda sad experience. very prejudice pharmacists. every time i come in or call they are very rude even if you are extremely polite. asking simple questions you are met with attitude. wish they'd leave their views and opinions at home since they are medical professionals. so disgusting the experiences i've had here. one lady in particular is extremely disrespectful wish i new her name. read more

I love how easy it is to order my medications on line. I always get a call orEmail when they are ready. They will hold my prescription for four days if I can't get in right away. The staff is always curtious. I don't have insurance so Raley's give me a discount rate. I do wish they had delivery as it is hard for me to get out some days. Sharon P read more

I don't like leaving a negative review, nor do i take it lightly. However, this pharmacy has a serious drawback for anyone that has undergone major medical , been prescribed pain medication, and requires a caregiver, or 3rd party to pick up your prescription. Apparently, there is only one pharmacist that fills 'controlled' orders, which is their prerogative, except that there is also only a very narrow window (after 3:00 P.M.) that they will allow your order to be picked up, on the afternoon that your medication has probably run out. I fully understand it is a controlled substance, and support the controls. However, when it's been prescribed, approved, and available 'legally' since the morning they are allowed to dispense , the pharmacy is withholding medication arbitrarily, or by policy, by not releasing it until late in the afternoon. Additionally, if you have to coordinate your pickup with someone else (usually the case if you're taking the medication), it's not difficult to see how this can quickly become complicated, extending the time to receive one's prescription further. I've enjoyed the front desk staff @ Raley's Pharmacy, as they've been pleasant, and efficient filling my regular prescriptions for 3 years. However, the policy of the Pharmacy with respect to filling opioid prescriptions puts their Customer facing staff in an untenable situation, while patients experience totally avoidable (painful) gaps with their pain management. When I needed them the most, Raley's Pharmacy really let me down, and I have decided to switch all of my prescription business to another pharmacy as a direct result. The grocery shopping I did while picking up my prescriptions, along with it. (From what I understand, my experience is not unique). Perhaps Management will get the message. I hope so! read more

I've been coming to this pharmacy for a while after the pharmacy I went to started filling with Mylan which my doctor and I said NO to. they've been amazing there. one time I had to call in a migraine pill refill since I'd run out and I was having a migraine in that moment. they had it ready within an hour for me and also checked in on me about the migraine I was having. Amazing people there and the one star reviews are clearly written by people who don't understand the importance of a pharmacy CHECKING with you. read more

The only reason I transferred my medication to Raley's is it's closer to my house. But you know what, I'm fine with driving anywhere even across town to get my prescriptions filled to not have to go to this dumpster fire. Some of the staff is friendly, but the pharmacist needs a serious attitude and should honestly be fired. I called in today to get a prescription filled which was new, spoke to the pharmacist over the phone and she told me they did have the medication, but they were busy. I said OK well when would you be able to get that filled and she said she didn't know. I said would you be able to get it filled today? She said yes but honestly, not until after 6 o'clock (it was 2pm). So I come in at seven and she says they don't have the medication needed even though I called and spoke to her on the phone. And went on to say quite rudely, that she didn't know when they'd get it in lol. She tried to tell me that she hadn't received the prescription yet so she just assumed that whatever medication it was that they had it. She absolutely bald face lied to my face. She was downright rude and nasty about it. I have been using this pharmacy for just a couple weeks and I'm transferring back out again. read more

I'm very grateful for the E cart service, truly. I have several disabling issues that make me high risk and have used the service at Raleys many times over the past 8 months (both in Grass Valley and Yuba City). I drive over an hour each way, to either store, so when things are missing from an order, its an issue. Im not down the street from the grocery store. Nearly every order (between the two stores) has been messed up in some way... from bruised produce to large substitutions to missing chicken. I have to question the system when a main item (like a rotisserie chicken) is missing- yet charged for(?!?!). The clincher- they cant refund you. Its a process. They can only "credit" your online account. Hmmm . I tipped my eCart girl... hmmm again. Ps. Stephanie was very helpful in attempting to fix this. read more

We were able to have our meds delivered to curb side pick up. This hasn't been available for months as the credit card thing doesn't work. This is terrible for us elderly folks who can't stand in line for 30-40 minutes. I am sending my prescriptions to another pharmacy. This is no good business. read more

Raley's Pharmacy can kill people. They almost killed me. What happened? They give me the wrong prescription. It won't happen you say. Yes it can. It did. They did that to me. They say that they check your name and your date of birth, but not all the time. They do not. It happened to me. I was given the wrong meds and I didn't realize it for four days. The other meds made me dizzy and I was up on a ladder, 15 feet in the air. I could have fallen and died. Do they care if I die- NO!! Do they care- NO. What did Raley's say? We are sorry. We'll give you your money back for the wrong meds and give your meds for free. WOW. I saved $2.00. How's that for a big whoop? They said they would call me. That did not happen.
