I've been to this Costco location near Beale AFB, and honestly, it is hardly ever crowded compared to the Greater Sacramento/Placerville/Bay Area location I've been to. Parking is much easier to find, I'm almost 80% of the time parking closer to the building compared to other locations where its quite a walk. Pros: -They store opens usually opens their doors 5-10min prior to their actual time at 10am which is AWESOME! -Gas lines are never crazy long/packed. LOL! -Well stocked items, to some extent! But will not ding a star for that, the rotisserie chicken makes up for it. Hahahahaha! Cons: -Wished the returns section was on the other side where you enter though, and not when you are leaving. It creates a long line of bottleneck during peak times when trying to vacate the building from people returning items, people renewing membership/creating a new membership, and applying for Costco Credit Card. -The food court section needs to be organized better, at least during peak times. What I mean by that, it just honestly gets pretty chaotic, from people trying to order at the kiosk to people waiting and congregating all over the place with their shopping carts and families. And it just makes it really an unsafe area to be, especially in times of emergency, if that happens when you need to vacate the facility fast. Now the question is, will I be back? Of course. Gas is cheaper in the Greater Linda area and for what its worth, its worth my Executive Membership. Ha. Thank you! Angela, the supervisor is incredibly rude. The first time I had to interact with her she was rude, condescending and seemed to be on some kind of supervisor power trip. I let it go. Tonight, same thing. Rude. I was there to pick up glasses and renew my membership. She tried to block me from entering, insisted I must go to membership first and not enter the store, she was very pushy and nasty about it. I am well aware I can pay for renewal when checking out. Don't get why she felt the need to be rude. I love Costco but hate coming here. Do better. Train your employees in customer service. And your supervisors to exhibit some kindness, maybe it would help the crap reviews. read more

Overall this is a great location. It's clean, the employees are friendly, and they've got a great selection of products. It's one of those places where you always end up buying more than you anticipated. The only problems I've ever had are at the food court. It's really disorganized and when it's busy (which is most of the time) it's chaos. I'll place an order for a pizza and wait 30+ minutes. People will just randomly walk up and say I ordered pizza? And the employee will just hand it to them. You almost have to hover and be a bully to the other guests or they'll just give your food away. Other than that, I love this location. read more

Employees act like D bags there pretending to be nice. Countless times I've seen employees acting like they are animals in a zoo then coming up to customers including myself with their customer voice saying "hi welcome to Costco" with huge fake smiles. Like if ur gonna act like D bags then act like it cause I've seen it. I'm Literally walking out the store with my two items in my cart and the lady at the end sees me coming and just walks right to her co worker while my wife is 2 feet behind me with the receipt waiting for it to be checked so I said F it I'm walking out since she dosent wanna do her job and ignore me. So she says "hey come back I need to see ur cart!" She tricked me because 10 seconds ago she didn't give two Farts about me as I'm walking towards the exit. Driving north from Roseville it was impossible to miss the new Costco which just opened in Linda next to the freeway. Long time Costco member and first time to visit a new store open less than a month. Shelves were full of product and service from the employees was excellent. Fast check-out and surprise of all surprises, there were no lines at the gas pumps. Lowest price for gas in the region. I'm sure this location is a welcome addition that will benefit the nearby communities. Large crowd on Sunday afternoon, but everything went as smooth as if the store had been open for years. The food court with their delicious hot dogs and drinks was very busy. Listening to the happy shoppers you could tell how excited they were to have a Costco nearby. This beautiful store and fueling station in Linda will be another success story for the Costco organization. read more

Having a Costco that is an easy & short drive from Penn Valley is very welcomed! I have always made the trek to the Roseville store (and love that store too), but Linda is so much closer for me. Having been to this new store, the TV selection is terrific and so is the laptops (plus additional warranty). The store is laid out differently if you're accustomed to the Roseville store, but it doesn't take long to get used to. I have used the tire service dept and was very impressed by the customer service and knowledge. Associates always greet me and ask if I need help, which is hard to get at competitors stores. Gas station is plenty big with many pumps - and the hoses can reach the opposite side of your vehicle to fuel. Of course the best part is Costco's prices here as well. read more

How exciting to have a Costco here in Linda! I have already visited the store three times since opening. Staff are friendly and helpful like I'm used to. Other shoppers have even been very pleasant. While it seems smaller than the Sacramento area locations, it seems to have almost everything here! Wish Costco had bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, and their quinoa salad like at the Sacramento locations. Finally something nice in Olivehurst/Linda Costco brings a warm welcome away from the dirtiness and trashiness of the local Walmart. I think the best part of Costco is that most of the workers came here from Woodland since their location there has been there for so long these workers from Woodland are a wonderful transition From the junk that you deal with at the local Walmart regarding the Costco this is a typical Costco location with all of your Costco accoutrements and I have been plenty happy with the process. I will tell you the membership sign up was a little frustrating when Costco opened but if people would've planned ahead and got their Costco memberships before the building opened, they wouldn't have had to wait in line for so long, I do want to give a special shout shout out to the Costco food workers in the food court. They are probably the hardest working people there. The demand for Costco food in this area is through the roof because there are limited other selections that are as affordable as Costco, I hope now that we have a Costco here. Worst Costco. I gave it two stars because the employees are friendly. I don't know if they're still trying to work out the store because it's recently opened, But it is not up to par with other stores. First off, they don't take anything out and display it. So the aisle's look rather empty and sad. The dairy room is quite honestly almost empty. They didn't even have half and half. We came here because it's closer than our wonderful woodland location. They didn't have a few items that every other costco i've been in has. It was not busy at all. So perhaps that's part of the problem. Maybe it was the wrong location for costco to open. The clothing section was piled so high and messy I didn't even do my usual stop in that section. Maybe it's because it's a little bit smaller than some Costco's and in a small community. It felt like I was in sam's club, which I despise. It's pretty close to our house so i'm very disappointed. We'll be going back to our woodland location from now on. read more

I know they're still working out the kinks, but first of all their store and gas hours don't match their website hours, so for folks who drive out here based on those, they're never correct. They also randomly shot to gas off at random times. I came out here at 4pm yesterday and it was closed... came out today and it was closed again. Their website says they close at 8. It's 7:15 as I wrote this. Also, their store is already dirty. How is that possible? Customer service is awful and the workers don't take pride in Their store AT ALL. I'll travel the 30 min. COSTCO Pharmacy does and outstanding job at the Santa Rosa CA location. They are well organized, staff are good communicators, have a lot of information, able to answer all my questions, and are efficient. They are kind, provided additional information, and always get my prescriptions correctly filled every time. They communicate via electronic messages regarding when my prescription;iption will be available for pick up. They have never been late, never not have the medication available, and medication is always ready at the time they indicate. They also have a very wide selection of medications. Very convenient to be able to get OTC and prescriptions purchased, at a reduced price, all in one place. read more

Food court sucks balls, we spend 45 minutes waiting for 1 pizza even though there wasn't anyone in the damn store. I would rather go to little ceasars and get a pizza for the same price while waiting only 3-5 minutes. Time is money Cosco and I would pay more money for the food if that meant I didn't have to wait an hour of my life. They sell 69 cent sodas like hot cakes which is cool and all, but nobody has libs because 15 bucks an hour isn't enough to fill the fucking lid dispensers. Do not recommend. read more
