Just stopped here at 10 on a weekday to fill up my tank and it was basically empty. The gas station is clean, there's no waiting, and they have the best prices in the area. Technically you can get the same price at the Walmart pumps across the street but only if you're a Walmart plus member and they don't have nearly as many pumps so this is definitely the best choice for gas around here in my opinion. read more

This Costco is a go to store to shop at for Plumas Lake Residents. We're definitely there a few times a week. It is a place that we get majority of our basic health supplies from like paper plates, sponges soap, dishwasher soap, a good chunk of our proteins, our veggies our eggs come from here. It is just easier to buy in bulk and break it down for the two of us. We have seen so much fun items there over the years, we even get a Christmas tree from here, and even some of our citrus trees are from Costco. it's a nice short distant drive from Plymouth Lake. It's literally less than 10 minutes. It's off the highway and easy back on the highway. The Costco from there also does delivery too, if you don't wanna drive there. read more

Very disappointed with Costco Tire Center. I went to Costco because there was a nail in my BFGoodrich tire and I needed a new tire. I was told that Costco would not cover the tire under its Road Hazard Warranty because I had not rotated the tires and the vehicle had gone over 7,500 miles. They also refused to give me any prorated credit toward the replacement tire. I asked the managers to show me where Costco's Road Hazard Warranty says that 7,500 miles is the cutoff. They could not show me. I then looked up Costco's current published Road Hazard Warranty myself. Costco's policy says that non-repairable punctures are considered a road hazard failure. It also says the warranty is valid for 60 months or until the tire reaches 2/32" tread, whichever comes first, and that qualifying road-hazard failures receive prorated credit based on the remaining usable tread. The policy does require tire rotation and balancing according to the vehicle manufacturer's schedule. However, I could not find a 7,500-mile cutoff anywhere in Costco's published Road Hazard Warranty. What made this experience even worse was how dismissive the managers were when I asked them to explain the policy and show me where the 7,500-mile requirement came from. I was simply asking for clarification and for the warranty to be applied according to the published terms. I purchased the tire from Costco expecting the Road Hazard Warranty to provide protection against exactly this type of situation. Instead, I was told I had to pay full price for a replacement and received no prorated credit. Costco advertises a 5-year Road Hazard Warranty with its tires. Customers should be able to get a clear explanation of the warranty and have it applied consistently. Very disappointing experience with Costco Tire Center and especially with the way the managers handled my concerns. read more

Costco consistently has amazing prices and great products. The food in the food court is delicious and low priced. I don't buy gas anywhere else since I found out about the detergent in Costco's gas that keeps my engine running cleaner. read more

Great place usually, but I purchased a box of Friskies 60 can wet food, and due to a minor slip up cans fell out and busted open to reveal maggots inside of said food. They did right by giving me a refund but I advise steering clear of the cat food for the time being or at the very least check the dates and especially check the food before feeding. read more

How not exciting we waited so many years to have a Costco in our area. Come to this Costco and pay my membership. I realize that they have hired low budget Kmart workers. Today was the first time I've been yelled at by a Costco worker for asking a question. I am over this place. read more

Looks like it's another Marysville/Linda thing. They just don't care. I have never been inside a more disgusting Costco, from the bathrooms to the food service areas, disgusting is an understatement. Corporate needs to get a handle on this. These photos are from a Monday at 12:30 pm. read more

This Costco location is less packed than others I've been to! I love getting their samples and trying new foods. It's a great way for my son (a picky eater) to try something before committing to buying a large supply of it. :) Of course I can't go to Costco without going to the food court for a *treat!* ^_^ The service is fast, and the employees are friendly. I've been to this Costco location near Beale AFB, and honestly, it is hardly ever crowded compared to the Greater Sacramento/Placerville/Bay Area location I've been to. Parking is much easier to find, I'm almost 80% of the time parking closer to the building compared to other locations where its quite a walk. Pros: -They store opens usually opens their doors 5-10min prior to their actual time at 10am which is AWESOME! -Gas lines are never crazy long/packed. LOL! -Well stocked items, to some extent! But will not ding a star for that, the rotisserie chicken makes up for it. Hahahahaha! Cons: -Wished the returns section was on the other side where you enter though, and not when you are leaving. It creates a long line of bottleneck during peak times when trying to vacate the building from people returning items, people renewing membership/creating a new membership, and applying for Costco Credit Card. -The food court section needs to be organized better, at least during peak times. What I mean by that, it just honestly gets pretty chaotic, from people trying to order at the kiosk to people waiting and congregating all over the place with their shopping carts and families. And it just makes it really an unsafe area to be, especially in times of emergency, if that happens when you need to vacate the facility fast. Now the question is, will I be back? Of course. Gas is cheaper in the Greater Linda area and for what its worth, its worth my Executive Membership. Ha. Thank you! Angela, the supervisor is incredibly rude. The first time I had to interact with her she was rude, condescending and seemed to be on some kind of supervisor power trip. I let it go. Tonight, same thing. Rude. I was there to pick up glasses and renew my membership. She tried to block me from entering, insisted I must go to membership first and not enter the store, she was very pushy and nasty about it. I am well aware I can pay for renewal when checking out. Don't get why she felt the need to be rude. I love Costco but hate coming here. Do better. Train your employees in customer service. And your supervisors to exhibit some kindness, maybe it would help the crap reviews. read more

Never would have thought Your standard Costco right here in Linda! Unlike other Costco's I never had any issues with parking and never waiting at the checkout line for more than 5 minutes. Great bulk prices and a variety of items not available elsewhere in the area. The staff are pretty friendly. Only problem I've had was going in to buy a couple of things and leaving with a cart full. But that's not Costco's fault or is it? read more

Love this Costco everyone is so friendly and awesome!! Great experience every time I have been there.

Lexie was rude bad customer service She just rang our membership. Up never told us how much it was gonna cost and it was not just kept on going. When a total came out. She got very rude and told us never give us the option of how much are renewals gonna be just charge us 130. We asked if we could please just do the basic she got mad and directed towards us. We had to go to customer service Pushed our car all the way to the end when we came back to get our car she's pointed over there, but very rude. read more

Worst Costco I've ever been to. Front end employees are rude and unkind. Management doesn't care either because when I called to explain my distraction, no one ever picked up the phone. But it's Costco and there's no reason to be kind or courteous because people will still shop and money will keep flowing in regardless. read more

Overall this is a great location. It's clean, the employees are friendly, and they've got a great selection of products. It's one of those places where you always end up buying more than you anticipated. The only problems I've ever had are at the food court. It's really disorganized and when it's busy (which is most of the time) it's chaos. I'll place an order for a pizza and wait 30+ minutes. People will just randomly walk up and say I ordered pizza? And the employee will just hand it to them. You almost have to hover and be a bully to the other guests or they'll just give your food away. Other than that, I love this location. read more

Costco - My POV - Wholesale Stores Near Me - Linda, California

Driving north from Roseville it was impossible to miss the new Costco which just opened in Linda next to the freeway. Long time Costco member and first time to visit a new store open less than a month. Shelves were full of product and service from the employees was excellent. Fast check-out and surprise of all surprises, there were no lines at the gas pumps. Lowest price for gas in the region. I'm sure this location is a welcome addition that will benefit the nearby communities. Large crowd on Sunday afternoon, but everything went as smooth as if the store had been open for years. The food court with their delicious hot dogs and drinks was very busy. Listening to the happy shoppers you could tell how excited they were to have a Costco nearby. This beautiful store and fueling station in Linda will be another success story for the Costco organization. read more

Having a Costco that is an easy & short drive from Penn Valley is very welcomed! I have always made the trek to the Roseville store (and love that store too), but Linda is so much closer for me. Having been to this new store, the TV selection is terrific and so is the laptops (plus additional warranty). The store is laid out differently if you're accustomed to the Roseville store, but it doesn't take long to get used to. I have used the tire service dept and was very impressed by the customer service and knowledge. Associates always greet me and ask if I need help, which is hard to get at competitors stores. Gas station is plenty big with many pumps - and the hoses can reach the opposite side of your vehicle to fuel. Of course the best part is Costco's prices here as well. read more

Been waiting forever for a Costco out here! What a disappointment, from lack of organic fruit, tiny meat section, overall smaller everything in general. It seems like hide and seek as well, everything in a different place every time I go shopping. At least I can fill up at the Costco gas station even though the store is no good. I'm a loyal Costco customer, although I guess I'll continue making the drive to the Roseville Costco as this one's not even worth going. read more

How exciting to have a Costco here in Linda! I have already visited the store three times since opening. Staff are friendly and helpful like I'm used to. Other shoppers have even been very pleasant. While it seems smaller than the Sacramento area locations, it seems to have almost everything here! Wish Costco had bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, and their quinoa salad like at the Sacramento locations. But I'm so happy to see they have Cadet Shish Kabob dog bones and Full Moon chicken jerky for my pups! read more

I have been going to this Costco for awhile but today I was denied entry due to having my husbands card and what's worse is when my husband called they wouldn't transfer him to a manager. They told us two different reasons. I don't plan on going back, I would rather go to Sam's club. read more

Finally something nice in Olivehurst/Linda Costco brings a warm welcome away from the dirtiness and trashiness of the local Walmart. I think the best part of Costco is that most of the workers came here from Woodland since their location there has been there for so long these workers from Woodland are a wonderful transition From the junk that you deal with at the local Walmart regarding the Costco this is a typical Costco location with all of your Costco accoutrements and I have been plenty happy with the process. I will tell you the membership sign up was a little frustrating when Costco opened but if people would've planned ahead and got their Costco memberships before the building opened, they wouldn't have had to wait in line for so long, I do want to give a special shout shout out to the Costco food workers in the food court. They are probably the hardest working people there. The demand for Costco food in this area is through the roof because there are limited other selections that are as affordable as Costco, I hope now that we have a Costco here. This will bring other businesses to a area that has been rather depressed for sometime. Thank you Costco. read more

Worst Costco. I gave it two stars because the employees are friendly. I don't know if they're still trying to work out the store because it's recently opened, But it is not up to par with other stores. First off, they don't take anything out and display it. So the aisle's look rather empty and sad. The dairy room is quite honestly almost empty. They didn't even have half and half. We came here because it's closer than our wonderful woodland location. They didn't have a few items that every other costco i've been in has. It was not busy at all. So perhaps that's part of the problem. Maybe it was the wrong location for costco to open. The clothing section was piled so high and messy I didn't even do my usual stop in that section. Maybe it's because it's a little bit smaller than some Costco's and in a small community. It felt like I was in sam's club, which I despise. It's pretty close to our house so i'm very disappointed. We'll be going back to our woodland location from now on. read more

I'm a loyal Costco customer, but this is the worst Costco I've ever been to. I know they're still working out the kinks, but first of all their store and gas hours don't match their website hours, so for folks who drive out here based on those, they're never correct. They also randomly shot to gas off at random times. I came out here at 4pm yesterday and it was closed... came out today and it was closed again. Their website says they close at 8. It's 7:15 as I wrote this. Also, their store is already dirty. How is that possible? Customer service is awful and the workers don't take pride in Their store AT ALL. I'll travel the 30 min. To Roseville rather than come 10 min. Up the freeway to this store. read more

COSTCO Pharmacy does and outstanding job at the Santa Rosa CA location. They are well organized, staff are good communicators, have a lot of information, able to answer all my questions, and are efficient. They are kind, provided additional information, and always get my prescriptions correctly filled every time. They communicate via electronic messages regarding when my prescription;iption will be available for pick up. They have never been late, never not have the medication available, and medication is always ready at the time they indicate. They also have a very wide selection of medications. Very convenient to be able to get OTC and prescriptions purchased, at a reduced price, all in one place. read more
