Shortly after making my purchase, I noticed suspicious activity on my card. Unauthorized charges began appearing almost immediately after I used it at this store. Because of this, I had to contact my bank and file a police report. I also reported the situation to the store, but the entire experience has left me feeling extremely uneasy. I cannot say for certain how my information was compromised, but the timing is very concerning. Please be cautious if you choose to shop here and monitor your accounts closely. I personally will not be returning.

Can be hit or miss with the meat, cows milk was spoiled more than once, there's always a rotten odor in the store, never answer the phones and the ladies who answer just might hang up on you. But after the blatant lack of attention or lack customer service to their non Hispanic customers, that was probably the last straw for me. This store doesn't seem to care to work on their in store flaws.

They also force you to walk all the way around the store from the entrance so you're exposed to everything they sell. This makes it impossible to get in and out quickly when you're in a hurry. Is it really that hard to have two ingress points into the store? The staff is mostly friendly, and I'll give them credit for that, but there are also employees who couldn't care less about their jobs, and it can be extremely frustrating, to put it lightly. Overall, I would avoid this store.

Check your receipt before leaving this store- EVERY TIME. I've come here on and off for years. I've…read morebeen charged incorrectly many times and say I won't return, but a year or two later do because it's convenient. I haven't had any issues in the last year or two... but here we are, again. Despite the amount of money it is, it's the principle. I speak only for the workers in the evening as this is the only time I've ever been in. The two men who work in the evenings are very dishonest. I'm giving two stars ONLY for 1- the convenience of the location and 2- the wide selection. Tonight I stopped in, picked up one item, and went up to pay. I paid cash. The cashier told me my total, I gave him my amount said NOTHING after handing me my change. I asked for a receipt, he gave it to me, I spent a moment putting the change in my purse, and walked out. In that exact order. One I get to my vehicle I check the receipt and see a bag charge. I did not ask for a bag, nor did he offer. The CA bag charge is ridiculous enough in my opinion, so if I am charged for a bag.. I want the dang bag! So I went back in with my receipt and said "since you charged me for a bag, can I get that bag??" he said "I asked you if you wanted one and you walked off. Alright dude, do not lie to me. Number 1- You ABSOLUTELY did not. I was 100% paying attention to everything in my semi-immediate surrounding, including you, especially in that area. You did no such thing! Number 2- Even if that was the case, which is wasn't, he rang me up, took my cash, and gave me my change. So when he supposedly "asked if I wanted a bag", I had already paid and he had ALREADY charged me for one. It's not about the stupid bag, it's able their dishonesty and that this is the third time in about 10 years that they've over charged me, once over $2. Despite the convenience of the location, this is the last straw.. I will NEVER set foot in this store again and will calling and speaking to the owner because I GUARANTEE they're doing to most customers.

They also have staff inside walking around cleaning, and the bathrooms are very clean. They definitely care. The market is the real gem, as they have allllll the basics. You can get from produce to quality wine to fresh made sandwiches and even rotisserie chicken. This is not a normal convenience store, though it's the most convenient one I've ever been to! My Sandwich was amazing and huge for $8.99! I don't know how you can eat the really big ones, but bring your appetite if you try! The wine buyer is on point, as they have very quality vineyards and a variety on most of the grapes. Same with liquor and beer! The specialty items are also something to speak to. I got Columbia salami and they had types I can't find at any of the grocery stores anywhere! (see pic). They also have a ton of cooler foods like salads etc. And the coffee is also amazing. They actually have a good brand that produces quality coffee that pours itself so you can't accidently spill it (thank you). They have multiple types and brands actually. And one comes with the sandwich or ft drink. Let's also talk about the app which gives you great deals and discounts on gas - it's honestly the best. If you could only shop at Power Markets you'd be really saving a lot of money. They do cool Kings deals if they score over 100 points too - so thanks for that H&S! It's also a family owned and operated chain based in SoCal so you truly are shopping local and supporting a good cause. Just can't say enough good things about this place - you have to check it out!
