I am visiting from North Carolina to visit my great grandchild. The first time I went to the…read morepharmacy and said I wanted to use Good Rx I was told they may use their savings card and I informed them if Good Rx was cheaper I would rather use Good Rx and Good Rx was cheaper and it was honored. I was getting the remainder of my prescriptions refilled and was told first of all I did not have a refill for Lisinopril and I informed the tech again, It was a refill that was being transferred from a home pharmacy. Then I was told if they lose money with Good Rx they would be using their card because they did not want to lose money. To make a long story short, I spoke to the head pharmacy manager and was told if they honored the Good Rx they may have to go out of business like Rite Aid did and after more conversation was told I could find another pharmacy. Which I did Walgreens - who will honor Good Rx. There were several other pharmacies that will honor the card in this area. I did speak with corporate who told me this rating would not be necessary. I feel it is necessary because what the pharmacist did not realize is I am not only an older adult, I am still a nurse and have been practicing for 47 years. I help people with different problems obtaining medications. Don't frequent this store unless you can get Eric to help you. He is amazing.
