By far the best place to pick up your cases of drinks. They have the best prices and you don't have to use an app. or be obligated to coupons. I noticed many great deals around the store. They have nice selection of holiday supplies, a great place for a last minute shop for Valentine's Day. There were just a few customers, with one cashier which is a normal ratio customer to cashier. I noticed Tina, the cashier up front, was very polite and patient to the customer in front of me who was elderly and disabled. She was also very nice and patient to me too. It's great to see that in a person, kindness. read more

A good place if it's after hours and you need over the counter medicine or other medical devices and supplies. Prices are quite high unless you choose their store brand and they happen to have a sale. One positive is that the store brand seems to be good quality no matter what you buy. They also have some good sales on groceries and even toys and cosmetics. Just look through the sales ad you get in the mail. The pharmacy is where I feel they really shine though. The drive through is very convenient. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Last month when I went to pick up my prescription it wasn't ready and they were just a few minutes from closing. Instead of telling me to come back in the morning they asked me to drive around and get back in the drive through line so they could have a few minutes to get it ready for me. I feel like any other pharmacy would have made me wait. Overall this is a pretty good Walgreens. read more

One of the worst pharmacies I have ever had to deal with. They lose refill paperwork constantly. Their famous term is " We don't have it." I have proof my dr sent a fax for refills on very important prescriptions and without a doubt,"They don't have it." I even went to the Dr's office, watched them Fax, got a confirmation and STILL the pharmacy said "They don't have it. " When I showed her the confirmation, she had no reaction. She could care less of me need and sent me away. I will be switching my prescriptions to another pharmacy that has competent employees because the Gray Ave and Clusa Hwy location suck monkey b@ll$. read more

Sonja & Sonia at the pharmacy went above and beyond in excellent customer service. I needed an antibiotic that my regular pharmacy couldn't get. Late on a Friday just before closing they contacted Raley's to initiate a transfer of the RX so I could start feeling better before the holiday weekend. They were helpful, caring, and professional! read more

Doesn't know why Everyone is complaining about the pharmacy... IF YOU WANT FAST SERVICE, use the drive thru and avoid going at the most convenient time.. CONVENIENCE IS A PRICE & A TIME you have to deal with.. I go late nights to pick up my meds, I find no problem. The SERVICE IS VERY VERY FAST! And aside with grocery, don't go grocery shopping here. Unless you're here to buy Gift Cards, Gallon of Water, or Arizona Ice Tea.. they're hella cheap! Lol. Aside with service, I'm a 50/50 on that... if it's slow, I purposely get a cart & put a bunch of stuff in it and leave it IN THE STORE as a pay back! The employees can return it on the shelves themselves... But other than that, I'm giving a 5 stars rating for my enjoyment. #YOLO PS: THE redbox location is aweful during sunset! Omg. I can't see what I'm renting. read more

That old bitch helping me at the pharmacy. I thought my pharmacy was bad wow this one takes the prize of first place. I have been coming here for 40 years. I can absolutely guarantee you I will never be coming back for anything at any Walgreens all over the United States! If they don't fire that bitch at the counter I am absolutely lost as a customer ! But the looks of it they have done nothing to help people like me. I have rods and pens holding me together ! I'm not asking for pity I'm just asking for my medication ! So I don't have to deal with people like that read more

Terrible service not so much in the store but the pharmacy is a joke three people in the back. Pharmacy customer service is very poor . I don't know if they do not understand there job titles . But it is there job to tell me if my prescription is ready if I call . Not get irritated that I am calling to check on prescription. Also I called them 15 min before they closed to make sure they have transferred my RX and I was out on hold until 1 min before they closed and the disconnected my call so when I called back they were already close . If it was a RX for my child I wouldn't have been so annoyed read more

Walgreens is a convenient store to grab stuff and go! I was able to grab what I needed and be in and out of there in minutes. I was just in town for a few days for work and this Walgreens was very convenient. I needed a few toiletries and food/snack items, perfect. It had what I needed. Well, maybe one or two items that I could have probably got from Walmart but it was close to where I was staying so I went there instead. The cashier was nice and remembered me when I came in the second time because I forgot a couple items. My experience here was good and would definitely come back again if I'm ever in town. They have a drive thru for picking up your prescriptions and also on inside pickup area as well. Inside you can expect your average items that you find at a Walgreens; toiletries, snacks, candy, milk, lotion, makeup for you ladies, etc. There is also plenty of parking for this shopping center. I didn't seem to have trouble getting a spot and there are other places to go for your shopping needs on this complex. Thanks for reading my review. read more

Walgreens - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Yuba City, California

The pharmacy sucks I don't recommend getting meds here so it's a 1 Star for that. They are very loud and everyone knows what you are getting meds for. And service is slow even if there's nobody in line you still have to wait. But it's a good store for buying stuff and printing out pictures so that's a 5 star so it averages out about 3 stars read more

This Walgreens is the "Old Walgreens" as most locals call it. This is the only pharmacy that is open 24-7 in the area, which is great, unless you don't have insurance. I'm an ER nurse so it's nice to be able to tell ppl there is a place where they can fill their prescriptions after leaving in the middle of the night. But if you can wait until Walmart or Sams club opens up (no you don't need a membership to use Sams Club Pharmacy) I would. Walgreens seems to easily double the price of medications, & I think its just because they can. The store is OK, its a typical Walgreens. The store is always clean & the isles are always tidy. But I swear the lighting is a little off & makes the place seem a little creepy to me, but hey what do I know right? The friendliness of the staff isn't consistent. Sometimes I'll go there and get crap for customer service, then the next time i stop in I'll have 2-3 ppl ask me if I need anything or if they can help. read more

By far the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to!! I had just gotten a tooth pulled and was in a lot of pain. I drop off my prescription and they tell me it will be an hour. After an hour goes by ( and I am in horrible pain) , I get back to the pharmacy just for them to tell me they no longer take my insurance!!! They could have called to tell me that. They only had one person working both drive in and walk in!!! The line was 5 people deep by the time I left. I will NEVER go back read more

Went to this Walgreens yesterday for the 3rd time in the last couple of months and I'm pretty sure that I will not be going here again. Why? In a word---their pharmacy department sucks! Regardless of the time of day, whenever I drop off a prescription to be filled it always seem to take a couple of hours+ to get my prescription filled! I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this Walgreens unless you don't mind long waits! :( read more

I've been off work for an hour and have been trying to get a prescription I submitted to the Marysville Walgreens yesterday! It's eye drops for heaven's sake!! I left the Marysville location being told 25 mins for fill here in YC. I sit in my car for awhile, drive back to YC, walk around the store for a little bit and then go to the pharmacy! To be told it still needs to be filled...15 more mins! For eye drops! Needless to say I'm switching pharmacy's ASAP!! This place sucks! read more

Every time I come in to get my prescription it always takes an hour. The first time was just ridiculous I waited in line fore 30 minutes and then I waited for another 30 minutes to just get the prescription. This time the system is down so I have to leave and come back in 45 minutes. This need to do something about how slow their computers and service is. During both of these times I didn't go during peak hours. And I have also been through the drive through and it was barely better than just waiting inside. read more

The pharmacist at Walgreens went above and beyond for us on Friday . I wish I could remember her name . She had straight long brown hair in a ponytail . I just wanted to thank her for doing everything she could do to help me get my sons prescription. Also A huge thank you to Martin the pharmacist I spoke to when I first called . Working for a doctor's office and trying to call meds in for a patient and I'm on hold for over 25 minutes. They finally pick up the phone. Wow. This is by far the slowest, most inefficient pharmacy I have ever been to. On a recent trip to pick up some antibiotics for my husband, I was told that the prescription was actually at another Walgreens. So, off I drove to the other Walgreens, only to be told that my prescription was at the Walgreens I had just come from .Back I went, only to be told the prescription would be ready shortly. After waiting for nearly an hour, I was told again, that my prescription would be ready shortly. Feeling very frustrated by this time, I asked to speak to the store manager. Approximately 15 minutes later, a man named "Greg" came out, told me the pharmacy was very busy, and walked away. Nice customer service. I will be sure to take my business elsewhere, and make sure I share my experience with everyone I know. read more

My 8 month old was diagnosed with the flu tonight at urgent care. I'm a first time mom so I'm heartbroken and feel terrible. I arrive to the drive tru with a screaming baby and the pharmacist immediately has an attitude. He doesn't see my prescription and tells me to come back in 15 min or go into the store. Since I don't need to infect the public with influenza I leave and park and go back through the drive thru. He tells me it's going to be 30 min. I tell him that my babies screaming I can't wait that long. He says he's the only one there and hangs up on me. So I sit there and wait for him. He then says that he can't have me sitting in his drive thru. So I explain to him that he didn't hear me because he hung up on me and that my baby is miserable in the car I have to come back in the morning. He then says okay and hangs up on me. Never got his name because he continually hung up on me in the drive thru but I really hope he learns customer service and/or time management because working at a 24hr pharmacy isn't a good fit for him. read more

Wait times are long, half the workers don't know what they are doing, and they are not hospitable. When taken to the manager Cliff, he has a i don't care attitude. The pharmacy has terrible service. I showed up around 6:05 Went in and the lady helping me (short gray spikey hair) took my name and confirmed that my doctor put in my prescriptions. Told me to wait 15-20 minutes and they would call my name over the intercom. That's fine, I wanted to look around the store anyways. I walk around for about 15 minutes and came back to sit down. Another 15 minutes passes and still nothing. Six people that came in after me had their names put in, prescriptions filled on the spot and then they were gone. Finally a younger man asks the lady that helped me "which customers are waiting on medication?" Instead of showing any concern or desire to help the mere 2 of us remaining, she simply said "the people in the waiting area" and laughed. She then disappeared and I didn't see her again. The young man proceeded to help the other person that came after me and 10-15 minutes later he asked for my name. He went over the same procedure the short haired lady did (searching in the computer, asking what was prescribed etc) and said it would be a couple minutes. He then told someone else that my prescription needed to be filled. The prescription that was supposed to be getting filled 45 minutes earlier! All the while I was sat there, sweating out my fever and trying not to pass out in their waiting area. My prescriptions finally got filled and I'm checked out without an apology or explanation for the several times my prescriptions were skipped over to fill others. I checked out at 7:17 pm. 1 hour and 12 minutes after arriving. This location is awful. Went to walgreens on tharp today instead and it was way better. In and out in 10 minutes. Avoid this place at all costs. I don't care about "peak hours" or trying to show up in the middle of the night when it's slow. I care about customer service and this place doesn't have it. The only redeeming factor was the young man taking the initiative to get my prescription filled which -surprise surprise- is their job! The 1st lady that helped failed miserably at this. read more

So my original review was on the pharmacy and I had a really bad experience. This review is for the photo department. I don't know the man's name, but he has an accent, he was so quick, and accommodating. I was in a rush, and he was so kind, and got me in and out in no time at all. He instructed me to download the Walgreens app which made printing pictures so much faster, and more private. I definitely recommend this Walgreens for their photo department. read more
