Filthy looking storefront and parking lot. People sometimes loiter on the sidewalk in front of and on the side of the store. The pharmacy "lost" an Rx that I hand-delivered to them and claimed that I'd not given them one. It was a mess that was resolved by me choosing a non-Walgreens pharmacy. Super convenient but the staff there can be very rude. Especially Caesar, who works at the check out in the front. I'm a single mother and am usually on a budget. There has been twice now that I've asked about a certain coupon and he has acted visibly irritated, and even said, "well I'd have to scan everything again if you want to use that coupon." And just stood there. I didn't have a large amount of things and there wasn't a long line. If you don't like customer service, then maybe you need to not work at the register where you have to help every person that purchases something at your store. read more

This Walgreens has gotten to be such a slum. The outside is horrible. When I get my medication the line is always long. I went in about 55 minutes ago and 12 people were in line. The wait here is always long...even if you make an appointment (Covid vaccine). 1 pharmacist and 1 tech is not enough labor... This pharmacy is just so unorganized, in general!!! Then there's the store overall... it's dirty. The homeless hang out front and rarely get sent away. They are out there smoking pot, cigarettes, and asking for money. I don't appreciate my kids being exposed to that. read more

I've been going here since I was little. I've seen them at their best. But it's slowly declining. The pharmacy line is now a "Drop Off/Pickup/Flu Shots/Consultation" line. So you will stand in that line for at least 15 minutes if you're lucky. I went there for passport photos. Professional passport photos. They were for myself and my husband. We sent them and they were declined. We paid $30 for photos that we couldn't use. And nobody is there in the photo department, so you'll wait there forever unless you run around the store trying to flag someone down. I had some photos to pick up and didn't bring the release, which is my bad, so the lady goes "well you BETTER go get it". I get it, it's a Friday, but sometimes attitudes just hurt a situation. The parking lot always has panhandlers outside. Always. If I'm alone, I always get a little nervous. Guys, I know you can do better. I've seen it. read more

Not my favorite Walgreens in the area but it will do. What sucks is that its no longer open 24 hours (but with CVS next door open 24 hrs it makes up.) Fortunately the place is always clean. The parking lot isn't well lit so it can be creepy. read more

DON'T FILL OUT the COVID-19 form online!! I just had my Covid-19 booster shot at the Marysville location and it was a joke! They make you fill out the same damn form at the counter that you had to fill out on their website 3 times after booking your appointment! And props to the poor technician who was working on his own giving the vaccines to people with 4 other technicians standing around behind the counter, so I don't feel bad about mentioning that even though they were 2 people short they could have come out from behind the counter and helped the 50 people counting myself waiting for boosters and other things. And if you have a specific time that you booked your appointment for you can forget about it. I had a 9:30 am appointment and was still waiting for my vaccine booster at 11am! Totally unacceptable!!! In the future I plan on taking my business to another one of their locations. I am extremely disappointed that it took over an hour just to receive a booster shot. Get your act together you guys, or you're going to wind up loosing more than just my business with you! read more

There is a small girl there with dark hair and her name starts with an A I'm sorry I can't remember more but I was just in there like 10 minutes ago and I am not a fan of Walgreens well I am now. This girl went way out of her way for me and my wife picking out makeup. She was so nice and it was 5 minutes before she closed and she never rushed us or anything on a Saturday night!!!! Idk if she's a manager or what but she should be and given a raise. Make her train the rest of the people that work for Walgreens and I'd go from never shopping there to always shopping there. I hate that I can't remember her name ! But whoever that small young woman with dark wavy hair who is about 20 you single handily changed my mind on Walgreens. If I could give them zero stars I would. I was in there today and there was ONE PERSON working in the whole store! So they were running the front register and there was a line of people wanting passport photos!!! Ridiculous!!! So I couldn't even pick up my pictures! So I came pack later to pick them up and the man at the photo dept refused to let me have the pictures my neighbor took of my children without a friggin release form from my neighbor! Hold on to your purses and kids tight and closely. Lots of weirdos and panhandling inside and outside. If your picking your prescription, hide it. Parking lot is crazy, parking near by, well lit section. Bathrooms are nasty, store needs a serious cleaning/sanitary inspection. Needs updating. read more
