I really like the staff, and my experience has always been fine and courteous; I don't recall anyone ever being rude even on hot days, and long lines. I really think Tiffany (one of the managers) has done a good job in running this location, and in keeping the store up. It's a tough job keeping these locations up as people tend to rummage and not care about making a mess in the aisles. Long story short, I really like this location, and I will definitely continue to visit.

Hot and cold food and made to order sandwiches. Even the Grass Valley on Mill street doesn't have a deli! I picked up a few things ( half off on a steak!)...salads..energy drinks..wine.. and more. I haven't had any issues in the last year or two... but here we are, again. Despite the amount of money it is, it's the principle. I speak only for the workers in the evening as this is the only time I've ever been in. The two men who work in the evenings are very dishonest. I'm giving two stars ONLY for 1- the convenience of the location and 2- the wide selection. Tonight I stopped in, picked up one item, and went up to pay. I paid cash. The cashier told me my total, I gave him my amount said NOTHING after handing me my change. I asked for a receipt, he gave it to me, I spent a moment putting the change in my purse, and walked out. In that exact order. One I get to my vehicle I check the receipt and see a bag charge. I did not ask for a bag, nor did he offer. The CA bag charge is ridiculous enough in my opinion, so if I am charged for a bag.. I want the dang bag! So I went back in with my receipt and said "since you charged me for a bag, can I get that bag??" he said "I asked you if you wanted one and you walked off. Alright dude, do not lie to me. Number 1- You ABSOLUTELY did not. I was 100% paying attention to everything in my semi-immediate surrounding, including you, especially in that area. You did no such thing! Number 2- Even if that was the case, which is wasn't, he rang me up, took my cash, and gave me my change. So when he supposedly "asked if I wanted a bag", I had already paid and he had ALREADY charged me for one. It's not about the stupid bag, it's able their dishonesty and that this is the third time in about 10 years that they've over charged me, once over $2. Despite the convenience of the location, this is the last straw.. I will NEVER set foot in this store again and will calling and speaking to the owner because I GUARANTEE they're doing to most customers.
