Came in because apparently this is the only self serve dog wash for two counties. You pay first, $10 per dog. 3 girls up front talking yet nobody on the floor or walking around. I was looking for a calming spray to purchase. The state of the dog wash area is awful. First of all it smelled like literal shit. Staff is not cleaning up in between customers. There is no conditioner! You get your two towels when you prepay for your wash, however, when I put the towel on the table, there was urine so I had one towel left. There is only one bin which people put trash and dirty towels in. I saw other customers grab things like toothbrush, toothpaste, unopened, and use in the dog wash area, which made me very uncomfortable. The entire place is filthy. Most importantly there is no height insert table to wash small dogs. There is also no grooming hooks to safely secure your animals while bathing or drying. Some equipment is broken. Perhaps I caught folks on a bad day, but there was a pattern of rudeness on my visit today. I nodded and said hello to a staff member who simply returned a glare back to me; then upon checkout, the 2 personnel behind the counter completely ignored I was there. I went up to one register only to be told "No, you gotta go to that one". No sorry, no smile...just a disgruntled pain in the neck employee. This place is a mess when it comes to courteous employees. Almost walked out of your store too as the girls up front were chatty with each other but just pointed me where to go rather than assisting me. They weren't busy. But Cade!!! He brought hope to me. Came into this store looking for a kennel and the guy who helped me Al was very rude. I handed him my money as in 20 dollar bills and 50s that had got stuck together so I handed him some more money on accident he seemed bothered so I said let me count it and he threw the money at my hands.. So as I payed for my kennel which was around $300 and as he was handing me my change didn't bother to look at me and dropped my change all over the floor didn't say sorry and didn't even bother to help me pick it up.. Never ever buy a 460 rancher, I've had the saw for 4ish months and 3 months of that it was in a shop and used it 2 times due to it crappin out. Bought a 130 warranty, took the first one back about 3 months ago and tractor supply in yuba city gave me a run around told me they could fix it replace it or but cant give me my money back. Couldn't replace it cuhz they didnt have any in stock ,Finally 3 months later I got a new saw after hassle after hassle, brand new saw went to go cut a log and wouldn't Rev up. Spent 2 weeks calling tractor supply yuba city so I could talk to a manager and kept getting dicked around until yesterday they said they will give me my money back. Go today and sheela wanna tell me they gave me to many chances and tell me I'm doing something wrong with the saw that they never got a 460 back with issues and to never come back to this store again, once again bullshit because when I brought the first saw back they had told me they got two other 460s in that had to go to get fixed as well Lmao, so I asked why cant i come back and she has no answer except that they gave me 3 saws and all supposedly didn't work. Lol I only got two the first one I bought and then the second one replacement. So I had to game her up on the policy for the warranty I got which states I can get my money back and they told me I couldn't when i had a issue with the first saw , also told me the warranty only is good for one fix, which it's good for a year no matter how many fixes but not good anymore for the replacement saw straight scammed me. 4+ months with the saw and negative 130$ plus my time and fuel going back and forth, not to mention being on a job with a brand new saw and it don't work in front of the homeowner! Good store for some hard to find items and tailored to the local farmer / rancher. Vet supplies can be found along with a selection of food supplies for all types of animals. Clothing and boot selections fall short and at times you would say the store is closing. Still I wait for the new selections and always check the clearance section some hidden gems pop out on occasion read more

Tractor Supply impressed me big-time the other morning. I had just gone to a larger home-store to buy a wheelbarrow and left very frustrated. I planned on going across the street to the other big home-store to get a wheelbarrow and saw the Tractor Supply sign and thought, "Oh yeah, Tractor Supply! I'll go there. I bet I won't stand in line forever and I'm pretty sure someone will unchain my wheelbarrow in fewer than 10 minutes." Well, Tractor Supply did not disappoint: the young man at the register was working with a customer on the phone but kindly handled my transaction at the same time. Once he completed his conversation, he immediately called on the intercom that a customer (me) was waiting for a wheelbarrow. In less than a minute, Mark (I think that's his name) met me and helped me load it. I briefly shared the morning's events and expressed appreciation for their IMPRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Mark, a very upbeat and energetic individual, promoted Tractor Supply's pet food selection and competitive pricing The above may seem ridiculous. You might be thinking, "BIG DEAL! The guy got impatient and bought a wheelbarrow at a different store. So what?!?!" Ahhh, that's where we need to pause...what IS ridiculous is that the great customer service found at Tractor Supply is the exception. If you haven't been to Tractor Supply in a while, give them a shot. It really is a cool store. More importantly, they have well-trained employees who sincerely want to help you out. read more

I went in to exchange a vaccine that my husband purchased for our puppy because he said it wasn't refrigerated when he bought it. The lady at the door was very friendly and directed to go to the customer service counter in the middle of the store. There I was met with a white male wearing a cowboy hat and a large black beard, I didn't get his name. I told him that my husband had purchased this vaccine for our puppy and it wasn't refrigerated so it would not be effective and I'd like to exchange it. He rudely replied that's not possible because we keep all our vaccines refrigerated and I can't exchange or refund you for this. No customer service training at all. I just wanted to exchange a product that was defective but he would not do it. I had my receipt in hand as well. I also thought that all employees were supposed to wear a mask. I am talkin Long, gotta wear heels or boots cuz they drag on the ground long. 36 and longer even for tiny sizes. The style here is western, but you will find t-shirts, henleys, and classic button ups. Besides levis, there is wrangler, Cruel Girl, Dickies, Carhart, John Deere and More. Of course the mens section has twice the selection of as us girls, oh and boots too, from work to cowboy to riding. Best of all, it's great quality. When an item says one thing for a price they refuse to honor it and refuse to allow you to speak with a manager to resolve the problem when we were finally able to speak to one after we called from home they were just as rude and not helpful at all read more

Called to confirm that a portable chicken pen was on sale, and the clerk said they were. This was on Wednesday drove the 30 or so miles to pick it up and come to find out that the sale ends on Wednesday and I was a day late. OK I ask for a manager to see if he could honer the sale price, "well I'm not sure they were on sale", really I called yesterday. "Well there is no way I can give it to you on sale without a printed advertisement". This would not bother me as much as it does if it had not happened at the Auburn store in January with the same type of issue this was a two person quad. The tag said $3800, on the seat when we went to test drive the thing, then at the register it was $4200, I ask for the manager, went out and got the tag to show him and he would not let us have the $3800 price He said that was "the December price and the sale was over". It was really disheartening and I will not be shopping at either TSW. I suggest they start selling balls as both managers needed them badly. read more
