Went in on a Wednesday around 11am. The store was actively being stocked and the shelves were full. I easily found what I was looking for and checked out. Service was just ok today. Store seems in the need of a refresh?? Prices are still right for what I needed. read more

This Dollar Tree is my favorite. The selection is usually pretty good and the service is good but only towards the closing hours. The lines go a lot faster when they have Dan working. I usually get all my movie candies here and when I'm in a rush I don't like when other cashiers just jibber jabber & hold the line up 20 minutes. Keep up the good work!! read more

The price that is listed on the label of items is not what the item rings up as, they ring up for almost double what's advertised. When brought to the attention of the cashier Tiffany she was incredibly rude. She had an attitude towards me for no fault of my own in front of a whole line of guests. She seemed visibly irritated with me and tried arguing with me by stating the items were "supposed to have stickers covering the price." She did not want to do the price adjustment for me, even though the price was clearly marked on the item. I finally asked her to please just refund my money for the two $5 items. After I left the store I saw via my receipt, 4 of the 6 items purchased scanned incorrectly. I feel like she could have been a little more considerate considering the error was the stores error and not mine. There was never even an apology given for the inconvenience. read more

I went to the restroom, left my paid for purchase with the cashier. I got back it was gone. He told me I had to waiting twenty minutes for supervisor to pull my receipt. Then I would have return tomorrow for the store manager to okay my refund or to reshop my items. Thats my gas. Now the clerk was very nice. It's your policy that sucks. This morning I shopped Marysville store on B street. First of all, not one person there acknowledges you. Then one says I can help at this register. I used to LOVE this place for their Root Beer popsicles but since the supply chain issue (?) or just poor replenishment on ordering of popular inventory, they NEVER order them anymore! I now go to the Dollar Tree in the clean and nice Rocklin store to get them! Worth the drive! I keep them in the frozen bags, and they keep frozen on the ride home. The pictures here are how sloppy and disgusting the Bridge street Dollar Tree in YC has been allowed to get. Homeless vagrant issues every day! It's gross and filthy! There is no reason the employees cannot go out and clean it up as part of taking care of the store. Or call code enforcement to get the homeless out of there! Yuba City is a nice city, but allowing this is uncalled for and store owners should be fined if THEY allow it!! Homeless persons don't need to be pigs. Homelessness doesn't mean be a filthy slob. Dollar Tree Manager-- put a freaking $1.25 trash can out there, chained down, and then tell them either they use it, or get the heck away from the store, or go to jail for trespassing! It seems that customer service has gone down the toilet at dollar stores. The excuse I heard was "what do you expect from a dollar store and employees paid minimum wage". Baloney. In general, this location was ok but it was short staffed. Only one checkout open though I saw a few other employees. Not an excuse. I was the only person in line with more than a few items. When she got to me she started scanning with no hello or even acknowledging my presence. I always put my grocery bags on top so she could reach them. She picked them up and tossed them towards me. I overlooked it and decided to help her. When all done I started paying with my card. Cashier just stood there. I asked her if packing was my job and she finally looked at me and said "oh". She threw several items willynilly into one bag. Chemicals with food and jumbled up. I looked at her and told her that it was too heavy and that it would fall over. I walk with a cane and can't lift much. So she pulls a few out and asked if that was better. I just repacked myself. She starts ringing up next customer. No thank you or finishing her job. That bag was at least 8-9 lbs and it would've fallen over and spilled everywhere. Dollar Tree needs to train their employees how to behave with customers and how to pack bags. It would only take a few minutes. They should've paid me for doing their job and ha This s is BS. Update: Last two times I've been to this long cation the young people are more polite and actually can pack better. They look steamed to me and made sure all was good. read more

Me and wife were shopping in the store on 06/17/2022 and spent $120.00 dollars on merchandise while we were checking out, we forgot that we still had 3 items at the bottom of the basket dog snacks. Value at $1.25 each after we paid for everything the cashier, I believe was named Briar ask if we were going to pay for the dog snacks I said yes. So I told my wife to go had and start loading up the car with the items we already purchased and I would stay behind to by the 3 items at this time the line of people were about 10 to 15 and the one only cashier around 8-10 minutes went buy I told the cashier I'm going to check with my wife to see if we still wanted these items with items and money in hand I walked out to the door to show the wife and next thing you know the cashier came running out saying Iam a thief don't come back no more and so on as I turned around to proceed back to the store to remind him the cashier of what I said he jump up in KICKED me.. Iam shocked and angry at the same time and stating someone should call the cops I've just be assaulted by an employee at the front entrance of the store. Cops come because they reported a robbery in progress, they put me and cuffs and at this time Iam dumbfounded and bewilder and hell of angry now and all the time Iam tell them the cops the other employees to look at the cameras review the tapes and what not. Iam a 56yr old Disable Retired person and never knew that an employee/cashier can assault a customer by any means physical or mentally. Was anybody arrested no but yet I was the one in cuffs and assaulted and the cashier was left alone to keep working as my wife mention to the cops is it because the color of or skin? We are Brown/Hispanic, and he is white. Yes, at this time we are pursuing Legal Ramifications This Dollar Tree in Yuba City On 1460 Bridge St is a MMA training ground were employees are allowed to assault customers especially those that are Disable.. Came in here looking for grad stuff and I ran into the nicest lady and we got to talking. One hour later I finally came home and my kids were asking what happened to me. Lol. As I was leaving she told me good luck with my event. Lol. They have the best stuff for looking for odds and ends. I seriously thought it was going to be a quick trip. lol I guess not. Only reason I really like it is that it's near the movie theater, therefore I can buy my "$6 candy" for a buck right before slippin' it in to watch Liam Neeson do something awesome. So it's nice to have for that. read more

Dollar Tree is a great place to find almost anything for a reasonable price. The Marysville Dollar Tree is much cleaner & has a friendlier & more helpful staff, I recommend going to that location! read more

This is a great store to get lots of trinkets. I think that the store is a great place, a little dated though.

Nice store.. A tad bit on the messy side sometimes, but the head honcho store manager runs it like a well oiled machine (when he's there, not so much on his days off).. Oh and for those low life shoplifters, should pick another store to steal from(I know, who steals from a dollar store, but they do) the manager here is known to give chase.. Like literally.. He WILL chase you for blocks on end ...with a phone on one hand calling the cops and flipping you off with the other,. I work close by and have seen him in action a few times . Kinda funny and definably entertaining lol.. Pretty sure he was a track star in high school it something .. Anyways ; yea, don't steal there.(or anywhere for that matter) read more

This dollar tree is decent. The 99 cent store on Colusa is bigger but I've seen it more organized than here. It's really disorganized and cluttered. Merchandise can be seen everywhere and lines r long but only one lane is open. read more
