She pulled up my receipt on the computer, and then told me she would put the pair in the back with my name on it on a forty eight hour hold. I went in today with my pair of jeans in hand and went to the counter.They found the other ones in the back and then proceeded to tell me they could not do that. Unfortunately, Karrie was not there and Danny helped me. He was very unprofessional and just kept saying, oh, sorry, we can't do that, but have a good day... I explained to him multiple times the situation, and that I drove from Oroville to pick up the jeans, Karrie had put in the back. he proceeded to tell me, "oh, we can't do that. They've been worn." I said, I know that. And so did she because obviously they were purchased over four months ago, and because they were torn is the reason we are exchanging them. Karrie had specifically told me that since it was under a year, they could just exchange them right there. And whether she was right or wrong, although she is a manager, was not the point, it was the point that that is what she had told me and I drove all the way to Yuba City to exchange them.
