This CVS Pharmacy is horrendous and super lacking in customer service. It's appalling how this establishment continues to operate the way it does. That pharmacist , Mo, is despicable. She should be fired!!! This pharmacy needs to be audited, corporate needs to look into the stupid people that work here and it's operations, hire better staff that are competent and educated, management needs to provide customer service trainings, management needs to know how to manage a team and how to successfully operate a business in an ethical and professional manner, and these people need to know how to do their jobs and do it correctly. Tip: Contact CVS Corporate Headquarters should you have any grievance with this pharmacy, their customer service and operations. Their contact information can be found on their website. read more

These people seem terminally out of required medication and have a terrible attitude about making corrections. If you have insulin dependent diabetes this is the wrong store for you. After many useless conversations we have finally just moved our prescriptions to an independent pharmacy. read more

I have prescriptions that I pick up same day every month. and every month the staff at CVS act like they don't know what I'm talking about when I come in for my prescriptions. yet they are always willing to get my prescriptions that I do not need. it is so frustrating. I've been a customer of their for 30 years but I am done with their incompetence. read more

Pretty much anytime my wife's prescriptions claim to be ready they are not ready. I then have to wait around for 20-30 minutes for them to get it ready. Why would they reach out to me and tell me it's ready when it's not? I would say you are better off using any other pharmacy then this location. Not worth the time or hassle in my opinion. read more

Absolutely none of the employees are observing the covid-19 procedures. pharmacy employees were standing less than one foot from each other, and no one was wearing a mask. None of the employees were wearing a mask. If anyone enters this store with covid-19 and passes it on to one of the employees, this store will be a hotspot. read more

this pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy ever every time I get my medicine se here they never have it on hand and they want me to wait a week to get it no one should have to wait that long it's a pharmacy also the women that work here are super disrespectful they definitely should not be working in that setting if they aren't gonna have some sympathy and understanding for peoples needs this needs to be fixed we pay way to much money to get are meds and we have to deal with this read more

Terrible place. Communication is nonexistent, they constantly have stock issues that no other pharmacy in my life has ever had, and the staff are just rude regardless of how nice you are to them. They move at a snail's pace when giving people their prescriptions, and they close for "lunch" early, so DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEIR WEBSITE SAYS. I've been turned away despite getting in line at 12:28 P.M., even though they close at 12:30. Great customer service I wish my insurance would let me go somewhere else, because this place is a whole mess. read more

staff is so rude zero customer service will not answer any of ur question properly No carts !!

I read some of the comments regarding this branch of CVS. It doesn't look like they had a lot of positive reviews. But from the CVS that I used to go to, and live nearby, this place was Disneyland. Everybody was helpful and informative. On top of that, the parking lot was clean and the store was clean. Everything was in clear sight And stocked. I was happy to go here and get exactly what I needed without having to ask for too much help. Even upon checkout, a cashier was friendly and wished me well. For whatever reason, I end up at CVS stores that have really bad customer service, or never have the things that I'm looking for. Keep up the good work! read more

don't count on them actually staying open until posted hours. Drove all the way over and they had closed early.

Customer service continues to decline. First they started closing for lunch. Now they don't answer the phone. You have to leave a voicemail if you need to speak to someone. Corporate office says this is a store decision. The store says it is a corporate decision. The employees are generally helpful, tho the lines can be long. And if you get in line at 12:20 and finally get to the window at 12:29 they will not serve you since they close at 12:30 for lunch. Come back at 1:00 they say. Corporate policy they say. I think most of the employees are helpful but corporate only cares about saving $$$$$. read more

It's been about a year now since my initial review... and I have NOTHING better to say. I'm really not trying to be a Karen or anything but this pharmacy is so horrible!!! It is our "preferred" pharmacy though through insurance, otherwise I would change in a heartbeat. We still continue to have issues. EVERY SINGLE MONTH except for one since my initial review. My husband just dropped off the prescription yesterday and was told it would "be ready in one hour". We didn't need it at that moment, so he came home and I was going to pick it up today. I drive the 15+ minutes from our house and as I'm getting into Marysville, I get a text saying that it was "on order", so I called them. They didn't have it in stock and it won't be here until Tuesday. TUESDAY! He dropped it off at noon on Thursday. Not only that, but they said it would be ready in an hour and didn't bother to tell him it was out of stock!!! The month prior, I dropped the prescription off and had the intention of picking it up the next day as my stepson had one day left of his medication. No sooner than I get all the way home, they call and leave a voicemail saying it's out of stock. I was really irritated by this because I could have attempted to take it elsewhere and paid extra, had they said that upon drop off. So, I call back and get the pharmacist. I didn't hide the fact that I was really frustrated. He put me on hold and came back a few minutes later and what do you know? He magically came across just the right quantity of the dose of the medication we needed. Sketchy much? It's a controlled substance. You weren't able to tell that you had any in stock on your computer system??? It was just a weird conversation in general. Anyways, it's always something. Every. Damn. MONTH. I'm really over this CVS, nothing changes. I have the DMs phone number from like a year ago and I'm now going to attempt to contact him again and see if he is still the current DM. I don't suspect anything will change, but I can't keep complaining if I don't at least try. read more

I made an appointment to get a flu shot. Scheduled for 3:45pm. 4pm rolls around and nothing. Multiple employees with masks pulled down. One girl was prepping prescriptions and was literally licking her fingers as she went through the papers. How can you trust a pharmacy that doesn't follow basic COVID procedures??! The kids at McDonald's know better. Gross. Will not be back. read more

Kimmy the cashier was amazing. I had an issue with my card and even though she could have easily given up she took her time to help.

I am currently having a dispute with my medical insurance. Long story short this dispute should be over shortly. I went to pick up my medication it was $110. The young lady behind the counter that I believe is one of the pharmacists took the time to find a discount card looked over everything and saved me over $85. This is not her job she just took the extra time to put a smile on my face and help me save money they can be well used for my family. Thank you so much you made the world of a difference read more

Believe the reviews, I would not recommend this pharmacy, and very recently transferred all of my wife and I's medication to Rite Aid. A bit further than we'd like to drive, but worth it to not have to deal this mess. Our parents are following as well. 2 stars because Teal IS a good manager in resolving issues. Very unprofessional pharmacist by the name of Alec. The issues are just too repetitive. read more

Betty asks if you have a rewards phone number. I say no. Instead of asking if I'd like to sign up she puts in her own phone number. With a pair of scissors she keeps underneath her station she proceeds to cut the coupons that printed on the receipt and hands me this. Thanks Betty. read more

Horrible customer service. They are the rudest most uncaring pharmacy i have ever used.

Masks at the pharmacy were not covering noses. Very disturbing during this time. I would think medical personnel would be more diligent. Also, signs in parking lot were very confusing as pertains to pharmacy drive up window. Ended up walking inside. Fast service and friendly inside. read more

I really enjoy coming to the cvs in Marysville rather than in Yuba city. The redbox machine works here and they keep up to date with deals going on. Employees are very nice and helpful. As to COVID regulations, they wear masks and have sanitizer by the counter read more

This CVS store recently opened in a new shopping center located along Highway 20 along with Starbucks, Radio Shack, and Panda Express. This store is a lot better than the old CVS which was a converted Longs Drugs. It is a smaller store now but it is shiny and new. The prices are still the same but it looks like they have replaced some of the associates from the old location. One waring about this new store, it has very cramped parking. just watch out or you'll get a couple of dings on your auto. read more

I am disabled and have a service dog. This CVS location has a security guard that followed and just stared at me as I walked past (was a customer there then had to get one thing from Walgreens) Commenting on how I need to take care of my dog and give it water and I need to just keep moving along. I am an almost daily customer and have never had an issue. This town really dislikes the disabled. It was fun CVS but we're breaking up. read more

It's hit and miss with Customer service at this place.. there are 3 ladies that are the only ones worth anything at this place.. pharmacist today was rude and employees no clue what is going on.. received call yesterday 11-10-17 at 1:25 pm that my medication would not be ready until today 11-11-17.. I get to pharmacy and get told another mess as too why it's not ready again and come back tomorrow.. refused too help me even though I showed them that they called me and told me too come back today (11-11-17) The pharmacist then just shut window in my face .. The drive-thru is ridiculously slow. The left lane is for Covid testing and the right lane is closed quite often due to broken equipment. I was stuck in line for over an hour and a half with no way to get out and only 4-5 cars in front. The next visit I was 2nd in line, waited 20 minutes and the car in front still hadn't moved. I was able to leave this time but the line inside wasn't much better. I still had a 20 minute wait in line for pick up.Between CVS absorbing the Medicine Shoppe customers, the Covid testing in the drive thru and the broken equipment, I would NOT recommend this pharmacy. read more

Always a grate place, friendy and helpful.I've been going there for 5 years and have had no issues.

I just moved to the area. I used to go to CVS in my old neighborhood so I figured I'd check out this one. The pharmacy staff was very helpful and patient. I got my meds and everything went smoothly. For whatever reason they tend to beat the bud light and Jim beam prices anywhere else. Gotta love that.

Went to look for a certain product and they called security to watch me look for it. I am so insulted and will NEVER go back there again

I usually go to Walmart pharmacy for all my prescription's, unfortunately they was a back order on one of my pills so, they told me I could go to CVS. I went to CVS and explained to them about the back order and they had the prescription I needed. They said they had to get hold of Walmart and verify the prescription. She said give us a couple hours and call them at 3. I called at 3:30 and she said she still hasn't got the information they needed from Walmart, so I called Walmart. The lady at Walmart told me they haven't received anything from CVS concerning my meds. The lady at Walmart told me to have CVS call them instead of faxing. I called CVS back and told them to call Walmart. That was yesterday. Just called now and my meds are still not ready they said give them a couple more hours. It's a good thing this is not a life or death drug because I would not be here writing this review. I am sticking with Walmart. read more

I came to transfer my prescription to this location. It was unprofessional, rude and did not know how to work on it. I came to pick it up next day. It was wrong order. I checked with my doctor. I went in to pick up prescriptions for my Grandpa, as I do so every couple weeks for over 8 years, obviously we have a CVS care card and his birthday memorized. This time they asked for my I.D. and refused to give me the prescription because the prescription is under my Grandpa's name. California has no such laws in place for picking up prescriptions, therefor I will be consulting with my attorney for breaching California State Board Of Pharmacy laws. Asking for my I.D. is illegal when the script was HAND WRITTEN by my Grandpa's doctor, who is also elder and doesn't fax or phone in prescriptions. Awful illegal and invasive pharmacy practices. read more

This pharmacy has been nothing but a headache to me. Everytime I go pick up a prescription, there's some kind of issue. There always seems to be 10 people in the pharmacy working, yet prescriptions are never done when they say they'll be done. I was told my prescription would be filled in a hour and a half today, so I went to do some errands and returned two hours later only to be told it hadn't yet been filled and it would be another hour!!! It was a pain medication for a injury so I had to wait. Pharmacy technician was very very very rude about it, and I received no apology for the inconvience but was instead told "it wasn't her fault or problem!!" unfortunately this is the only pharmacy nearby that takes me insurance, so I'm forced to go here. I've also had a time recently where I was called and told my refill was ready for pick up, but when I came to get it was told it hadn't been refilled and would take a hour to fill. I haven't had a single positive experience with this pharmacy, and I would be more understanding if the staff were kinder and didn't act like I'm a inconvenience to them for not wanting to wait 3 hours for one prescription!!!! Good customer service goes a long way and this pharmacy is seriously lacking... I'm changing pharmacies and would rather drive a hour to a different one then to deal with this cvs! I hope for their sake not all cvs' are this bad.... read more
