So he had an accident in the front, we were still there changing him and the Caucasian girl came out and was being rude, Disrespectful, and with an attitude telling my wife to clean up because she wasn't going to clean it up. My wife told her I ask for the bathroom and the lobby was close so he couldn't hold it and had an accident. While she was giving us an attitude I did yell at her to be more respectful and stop disrespecting and if she was going to call the cops then go ahead, and why assume that we weren't going to clean up. We were going to clean it up after we were done changing him. So while she was at the door exchanging word a man walked in bought a fountain drink she then locked the door and the other lady and her stood in the loony smiling and laughing at us. Let the man by the drink and let him out the other side of the door. I thought to myself ok the lobby close but they neverkick him out and let the man bought the drink but didn't let my 8 year old use the restroom and the two staff even laugh at my kid and my wife while cleaning up. Circle k management is that what your staff do? Is that who you guys let represent you guys? We weren't going to leave a mess like that in the front and we were still on site cleaning my kid up. To sum it up, Freetime Java's "chunky monkey" is crack in a cup! It's literally sensational! Chocolate, peanut butter, banana, coffee, and ice. Just a few of my favorite ingredients in the world blended up marvelously! Please consider trying it one time if you haven't! The baristas at the drive through are always pleasant and kind with the exception of one that's perpetually grumpy. I bet if this individual whipped up their own chunky monkey, it would turn that frown upside down! The product blended up for me on the regular is immaculate! Nice enough gas station but next to zero COVID protocols. No guests wearing masks even though there is a sign posted on the door and most employees are either not wearing them or wearing them under their chin. Nice variety of food/drinks but I don't like patronizing places that don't seem to care for the health & welfare of their community. The gas station itself is nice and well lit. Always pretty busy so I feel fairly safe going there as opposed to a lot of other places in the area. The car wash is pretty good although it recently got an upgrade and it's significantly more rough than the previous one. All in all it's ok. read more

We went to this store at 10:00 p.m. on a Friday night. We did not realize they were closing because all the lights were on. My husband put his card in the pump to pay for gas and it said "see cashier", that was when a rude security guard outside told us they were closed. Fantastic Mini Mart and fast food restaurant. This Circle K is immaculately clean with beautiful bathrooms. Staff is relatively friendly and they've got just about everything you need. Gas prices at the adjoining Chevron are high but not too high above average. Very convenient off of Highway 70 in Marysville. read more

I like the dollar soda fountain and the people are always nice. The bathrooms are always clean despite the efforts of some uncouth folks that are less skilled than a one legged kangaroo at how to use a bathroom. It is a Chevron station so the gas prices are always more than anywhere else in town, but the good service and clean store are always worth the time to stop in. read more

Came in to grab a cup of coffee around 4:40am on 6/13/18 and was amazed at the employees behind use of the N word towards each other. Didn't know it was normal to say "Mutha F**ka", "b*tch", and so on with a customer directly in front of them, and not even have the common decency to address the customer with a simple "good morning", "thank you", "have a great day"..... Stopped in on our way to Chico to use the bathroom and stretch our legs. I loved it. It was super easy to get in and out of the parking lot and the outside was clean. Once inside, the area is well kept and stocked. The bathrooms are very clean. We ordered a Carmel Mach and Jungle-berry smoothie from the Java side. Both were wonderful, could have used a little more ice in the macchiato, but that's just me. The girl who helped us, Melissa, was so nice! Great customer service from her! This is my go to gas station stop when I travel to Belden, CA once a year for the Sunset Campout. They are conveniently located roadside in a stretch after the freeway, so it is a quick stop. They usually are quite busy, but they handle the business levels efficiently. They carry my preferred smokes which are not found everywhere which is a bonus. They have a little cafe and bakery in the corner which looked like they had some tasty cookies in there. Bathrooms are clean and are single bathrooms, which I am a fan of. I prefer the privacy with a small wait instead of a generally dirty shared bathroom. Staff is proficient and friendly. They have the big gulps in any size for like $0.89. Bonus! Snack selection is pretty nice. Pumps are always efficient. I didn't pay attention to the gas prices. I'll see you next time! read more

Ok so I'm writing this to thank Circle K for going up and beyond to help me reunite with my wallet. On a trip back from Reno, NV with my husband and 2 young children we stopped at this Circle K for a bathroom break. I think I may have left my wallet in the bathroom when I was helping my 5 year old in to use the bathroom. I live in Santa Rosa, CA which is a few hours away from Marysville. I didn't notice that my wallet was missing until the next day. I figured it was left in Reno or just lost. Less than a week later I got a Facebook message from Sonya (an employee) letting me know that they had my wallet. They were willing to mail it to me but were concerned to drop it in the mail. A few days later I got a call from another employee (Erin) gave me a call. She told me she was coming to Santa Rosa the next morning and was willing to meet up and bring me my wallet. I had a bad experience with their gas machine. I was very broke and their machine hiccupped and double-charged my card and I didn't even get gas. I was on my last legs. Their staff was HORRIBLE - Rude, lazy and couldn't give a rats #ss. They wouldn't make good. I will never go back there. The owner also was horrible, couldn't sympathize with what the situation did for me. So I will never go back there and I hope their business false apart because of their horrible customer service.
