Gas is always expensive here but it was cheaper than most of Grass Valley! 5.39 a gallon for premium March 11th. I always stop here and get an iced coffee and maybe a sandwich or a kind bar. They also have hot food. The burritos in the morning go quickly! Bathrooms are relatively clean. There is a car wash and ATM. Boating nearby so this is a popular place to get ice and beer as well! However over the past few years every time I've asked for the restroom key, whether I'm buying gas or something else at the time or not, I've got extreme attitude from whoever is working the counter. Not only have I received attitude when asking for the restroom key, but just in general. I am one of the most polite people you'll meet, I'm confident of that. This gas station used to be a pleasant experience, but over the last few years they have changed. Today I went in to ask for the restroom key, (today is Wednesday, October 2nd, and the time of my visit was exactly 12pm-noon), and the woman who was working the counter, who has been working here for years, (maybe she's the owner?), said to me "are you buying something?" I said "I'm sorry?" Because I thought that's what I heard, but I was shocked at her rude response, being that I have given them so much business over the years in buying my gas from their station for my pest control business, which can amount to around $100 a week some weeks. She responded with again "are you buying anything?" I said "no." She said "you can't use the restroom then." I said "I buy gas from you guys all the time." She ignored me and walked away. I walked out saying "you guys just lost a customer." If they can't provide something as simple as the option to use their PUBLIC restroom to a longtime, valuable customer, then they will no longer be receiving my business. I will be making a complaint with the city/county, or whoever I need to do so with.

This Costco is a go to store to shop at for Plumas Lake Residents. We're definitely there a few…read moretimes a week. It is a place that we get majority of our basic health supplies from like paper plates, sponges soap, dishwasher soap, a good chunk of our proteins, our veggies our eggs come from here. It is just easier to buy in bulk and break it down for the two of us. We have seen so much fun items there over the years, we even get a Christmas tree from here, and even some of our citrus trees are from Costco. it's a nice short distant drive from Plymouth Lake. It's literally less than 10 minutes. It's off the highway and easy back on the highway. The Costco from there also does delivery too, if you don't wanna drive there.

Love their fruits and veggies. I like the artichokes with the long stem as that is how they are served in Italy! Bought some fruits and veggies and some samosas and salads. I also picked up a nice bottle of wine ( used to be a wine club member at Wise Villa). They didn't have Picanha meat which is why I went in there and then remembered the Chico location carries it! I also read on other reviews that it's something that happens and I would hate to think that it has anything to do with anyone's affiliation or anything personally.
