Well I was a customer of Dokimos ,for over 10years ,this is all my prescriptions and gifts cards…read moreetc etc etc .....I try really hard to support small business, regardless of waits ,prices ,even new staff etc ,,because being a small business owner myself ,and in customer service for 45 years ,I get not all day are easy ,and no one is perfect ,but a few years ago I was finally !,after struggling for years ,to be medicated and diagnosed with adhd ,being medicated was a life changer ,I could focus and accomplish things ,I always struggled with ,I was on the lowest dose ,for 5yrs of a stimulant but started noticing the pharmacy staff ,treated me different when picking up this medication ,when ,and how much ,etc ,but with almost a degrading ,rude attitude ,what ??? I am not a drug addict ,ok ,I know you have rules ,they really follow the rules ,good ,but they also made me jump thru hoops to get my medication !,most months !always a issue ,never with kindness ,or compassion ,or understanding ,had to have my doctors call ,several times ,I will not even go into the only time ,I used and I really needed pain pill because I was in excruciating back pain ,my husband kept saying you need to change your pharmacy ,because his did not do this to him ,ugh I stayed until today!!,after being treated with the most disrespectful and rude young lady I have encountered there ,Kayla ,because I had my doctor call in my prescription 1 ....,,day early so with insurance change I didn't have to pay 600$ more the next day ,again I had to jump thru hoops have my doctor call again ,twice ,only after saying thankyou to her after getting it to be hung up on by her ,that did it ,I will never step foot in that pharmacy again ,and will let my neurodivergent community of friends know not to go there or for that matter everyone else who needs medication I can reach ,they and I deserve to be treated with respect and dignity and compassion ,that's my problem with Dokimos !!!!!

There was a partially eaten something (maybe protein bar) sticking out from a cabinet on floor, an actual pill of some sort, gummies, some other piece of medical equipment, bandaids, and various other unknown items. In addition to all of the stuff on floor, the floors were grossly filthy. The store had only been open two hours, so I'm positive it wasn't accumulated in that time frame. If I hadn't traveled half an hour to get there, I would have turned around and left. Gross. Gross. Gross! And yes, I did call corporate to report.
