There is nothing like walking into a brand new store! Well staffed and friendly! They have everything here..starbucks..pharmacy..electronics...ULta...patio furniture..clothes...alcohol..Frozen foods.. fresh fruit and veggies..and so much more! The hours are 8 am to 10 pm. This is what Grass Valley needed! They have greeters when you walk in to help direct you to what you need. Stop in and enjoy the new store !

They helped me adjust the location of the sofa so it fit just right and were kind enough to move my old furniture to my garage. Additionally, I was highly satisfied with my in-store experience from beginning to end. I knew what I was looking for and Leasa Suppan on the showroom floor did an exemplary job sourcing the furniture. I was on a short timeline as I wanted the product to arrive in time for a visit from my in-laws. It was expected to arrive by the end of March which was cutting it a bit close. I was delighted to learn that they arrived early. Friendly, professional team and I was happy to shop local and support my community. Highly recommend and would gladly work with them again.

As we are sitting on our new sofa from Evans this morning we were talking about the whole process…read moreof our purchase. We appreciate Anna. She delivered excellent service without stalking us as we browsed the store. It is a skilled sales person who can answer all our questions, help with ideas, get quotes, set an expectation for delivery times (which were spot on btw) and process the paperwork all while giving us space and making us feel heard. Good work, Anna!! Then the time came for the actual delivery. This is often where the sale fails to meet expectations. Not this one!!!. Brian M. And Ken P. showed up and closed the deal with such excellent service. We are delighted with the sofa and will shop Evans Furniture again.

I was made to feel like a criminal by the manager during today's visit. After purchasing my item,…read morethis older Caucasian woman dressed in a blue top (who I was later told was the manager) approached me in the parking lot and curtly demanded to see my receipt. I produced it and she compared the price on my item with the receipt, presumably to ensure I bought it (and didn't steal it or swapped tags with another item?). Then she handed it back to me without a word and started to walk back into the store. Nothing along the lines of "thank you, have a nice day" or any courtesy for patronizing their business. As she entered the door to the Restore, she swung back around and snapped at me about my car being parked in the handicap spot if I'm not disabled. I personally am not, but my mother-in-law is, and my mother-in-law was still checking out her items, and we had the disabled placard hung up in the car. Again, not a single word after this. She did tell me my trunk wasn't closed fully though, so I appreciated that. I guess she had to have the last word? I was made to feel like a criminal. I went to the counter where my mother-in-law was checking out and told her how the manager just rudely spoke to and treated me. The staff at the counter apologized and I replied it's not their fault. It's obvious to me the manager hates her job, so for the sake of ensuring continued business by well-meaning customers, she should either show some respect or let someone who can smile take her job.

One star for Julie's attitude. 5 starts for the LOADING crew!…read more Who knew that at a store such a the habitat restore you have to make sure to use perfect vocabulary with their highly educated staff. Julie was so incredibly UNHELPFUL when I came in today to pick up my items we purchased on Tuesday. She can't seem to find the correlation between the words pickup and loading and was so condescending when I had to spell out for her I was here to pick up my items. When she finally was able to compute that, everything went fairly smoothly until some moron blocked the parking lot with their trailer and then she came out and asked me if I was carrying my furniture I bought to my car...lol I would pay someone to do that for me Julie, if that was the case. Regardless of my awful experience with her, and her disgusting attitude, we got our items we paid for and are happy. Hopefully Julie sees happier days soon.
