    Egg drop soup

Located in a small shopping area and parking is limited close to the venue. Customer service was AMAZING! Food was good. Flavors differed from similar style restaurants in San Diego. Pricing is fair at this restaurant. We tried a couple of their combination meals as well as their side orders. Their combination meals is where it's at as far as best bang for your buck plus, it comes with gyoza! We ordered: Combination A meal w/fried rice - egg drop soup was more on the mild tasting side. More like a clean chicken broth with egg. Combination C with fried rice - fried rice was very delicious and flavorful Calamari - big rings cooked well but no tentacles. I wonder what they do with the tentacles... Mochicko chicken - fried kind chicken with a hint of sweetness Garlic chicken wings - a bit overkill of garlic for my liking. Wings cooked perfectly! Light crisp on the outside yet moist inside! We asked for fried gyoza - good

If you're craving ramen with massive portions and great value, Rakumen in Mililani is a must-try! I ordered the Spicy Seafood Ramen, which was loaded with fresh seafood and had just the right amount of kick. We also went all out with Combo Set A, upgrading to the full-size Spicy Char Siu Ramen (so worth it!), and it came with perfectly crispy gyoza and flavorful spam curry. To top it off, we added their croquettes, which were golden, crunchy, and absolutely satisfying. The portions here are super generous--you'll definitely leave full--and the prices are unbeatable for the quality and quantity of food you get. Service was quick, and everything was served fresh and piping hot. The fried items especially were cooked to perfection--crispy on the outside and never greasy. If you're in Mililani, make sure to stop by Rakumen for hearty bowls of ramen, great sides, and a satisfying dining experience. Can't wait to come back!

Black Garlic Oil Tonkotsu Ramen & 4-piece Gyoza

First time dining in. Ordered the Black Garlic Oil Tonkotsu Ramen with a 4-piece Gyoza . Very delicious and filling. Service was friendly and fast. Restaurant was spacious, nice atmosphere. Very affordable! Will definitely come back again!

We came after a long day and were super hungry. Its your standard ramen/curry shop, with good prices for satisfying food. Service was good too, a bit hasty but polite. Our waitress accidentally thought my friend ordered gyoza but he wanted charsiu--they corrected it quickly and we got a free gyoza out of it, so no complaints there lol. My gf and I got combos with gyoza and ramen, hers with a mini katsu curry and mine with mini fried rice. Portions were good, I even had some leftover fried rice. Gyoza had thin skins and nice crispy bottoms. I also tried my friends black garlic tonkotsu ramen, which I think was the best dish on our table. The broth was much richer and tastier than the mini shoyu ramen I got. While everything was good, not much stood out to me. The prices were good though, after tax and tip the total was about $100 for 5 people--about $20 per person and we were super satisfied.

A monthly coupon arrived for 15% off so I ordered on line a Black Garlic Tan tan ramen regular. Hubs thought the broth was spicy, but it was okay. I like how thin they cut their brownish char siu and the shoyu egg cut in two was fine. If you like SALTY then you'll enjoy the seaweed. It tasted like it was heavily doused and massaged with salt. Sorrily there was a generous amount of it that I was not able to eat. Perhaps I need to select something else tho' I'm still on the hunt for a good Tan Tan ramen. I should have gone with my first choice of side order calamari and side of curry... I'll know better...

If you're looking for flavor, this is the place to be! Let's start with the food. We ordered four dishes: Garlic Shrimp Fried Rice, Seafood Ramen, Spicy Kimchi Ramen, and Edamame. The ingredients were high quality and very fresh. We were served immediately after ordering; it seriously took only 7-10 minutes. My wife and I loved all of the food; they did not miss! Be ready to take some food home, as the portions were huge! The restaurant was clean and had a warm vibe. You can tell the workers really take pride in their work, and I want to thank them all for a great experience. Rakumen Rocked My World

The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. Our family eats here at least once a week, we love it. The food comes out quickly and we are never disappointed. The combo meals are such a good deal and always way more than enough food. Even their kimchi is so ono!

Rakumen has been our go-to for take out and we stopped in for dinner tonight as my kids requested ramen for dinner. The restaurant is spacious and for a Sunday evening, it wasn't too busy. Servers are friendly and the food comes to your table quickly. We ordered and enjoyed: Chicken Katsu curry rice Mochiko chicken Gyoza Black Garlic Oil TanTan Ramen Black Garlic Oil Tonkotsu Ramen Spicy Beef Ramen We all enjoyed our flavorful dishes! We couldn't finish our meals so we ended up taking home leftovers. Delicious food and good service, I'm a fan! FYI Rakumen offers Free gyoza from 2-5 pm daily with your order.

My daughter and I came here for lunch right after her doctor's appointment. It was in the same neighborhood so we decided to try this place out. It's similar to Ramen ya but my daughter said this place tastes better. The service was really fast. We decided to order because we knew what we wanted. My daughter got the milk tea with boba. She loves it. I just drank iced water. For our food, I got the ramen which came with the gyoza and a side. I picked fried rice. The fried rice was good. I enjoyed the gyoza. The ramen was good as well but I didn't load up on the soup. I was drinking more water. It was a hot day and felt dehydrated. Service was fast. Definitely a plus. Plenty of tables inside. It wasn't busy on a weekday afternoon. Parking is directly up front. I would come back again to try other items. Not bad.

Do they serve alcohol or can you bring in your own?

They do not serve alcohol but I don't see why you can't bring in your own to enjoy

Is there msg in the ramen broth?

Doubt it. While my personal taste would prefer a notch spicier on Spicy Beef, was addictingly tasty. You didn't ask, but the noodle in Ma Po Tofu caked up on carryout, requiring a knife and fork -- almost. Bon appetit!

I have been to their Dillingham Boulevard, Aina Haina, Aiea, Pearl City, and Kailua locations, but not this Mililani store... yet... I had to take a look... Besides bubble tea and snacks, S7 has a lot of cute merchandise. I browsed through the blind boxes, keychains, hair accessories, backpacks, pens, purses, etc. Tempting... especially the bunny bag! I was intrigued by the small outfits that could fit a Labubu. I got a set at $7.99 and it fit! I should have gotten another set... haha! I'll find time to go out there again. Though sadly it's a grab and go situation as there's isn't any seating but is a lovely spot right at the front of the market and is very busy is something that I expected with just a singular staff working it all I was impressed. With a full menu of selection it did take me a moment to decide but I just can't go wrong with Lemon Black tea and decided to keep it simple as it was just a hot and humid day. The gentleman before me ordered 8 drinks so I took the opportunity to explore the supermarket as I wait and was quite impressed of how this Mililani location was very different. Once my drink was ready it was made perfect and the staff was just a delight was a very nice vibe and know that when in Mililani this is the place for me. Thank you!

I don't get to the Waipio location often, as I'm generally in the area only to shop at Foodland, grab a burger at Big City Diner, or a plate of lechon at Shay's, so an extravagant drink is the farthest thing from my thoughts. That changed last week when I saw a photo of the drink that called out to me, a Mango Sticky Rice Smoothie. Suddenly al other meals were put on hold, and there was only one possible way to get through my day- follow the siren's song straight into this small but sweet boba shop! Sure enough, this smoothie was completely worth the visit, and will probably bring me back again before it is gone. The smoothie was a simple mango cream with some coconut, but it sat atop a scoop of still warm Thai sticky rice and under a scoop of diced mango, which had of c ourselves been drizzled with sweetened condensed milk. The only thing it was a missing was a salty element, so I added a sprinkle of flaky salt once I made it home. I was only there for a short visit, but the employees were so very sweet to me and to the other customers there with me that day.
