From the gorgeous storefront to purchase, you think you're getting a luxury product and service, but if something goes wrong, the repair team does not care, communicate or even pretend like they care or are trying to resolve it for you. They will tell you they'll get back to by the end of the day, but never have... not in 3 weeks and we have called almost daily. We purchased speed queen washer and dryer set less than a year ago and the dryer ended up needing repairs. A technician from Bray & Scarff came out to our home, diagnosed the issue and then told us it would be 3-5 days for the part to be ordered. That was all the information he gave us. We never received ANY follow up despite making many calls to their service department, manager and corporate office. Now, 3 weeks later, we still have no dryer or answers and, we have had to hang a makeshift clothes line out back to dry our clothes until this is resolved as we live a long way away to the closet laundry mat. Today there is STILL no answer on repairs, whether it is covered under warrantee or if we need to pay, which we are happy to do, assuming repair price didn't exceed the cost of the dryer, but we need an answer, ANY ANSWER. BUYER BEWARE! This company carries luxury products for sure, and their store and sales team were top notch, but their repair department is incompetent and uncaring and at this point, flat out negligent. At this point I feel we will have to just cut our losses and buy elsewhere, which is a shame since this is one of the only speed queen distributors in the area. We are sick about how much time and money we have lost purchasing from this company. Take your business somewhere where the service dept cares. This isn't the one. I don't think I've ever had to leave a bad review in my life, and I hated to do it, but this is insanity what this company is putting us thru.

    We are currently renting a townhome. The dishwasher has been secreting this white and black soggy…read moresubstance after every single cycle since the day we moved in. I've cleaned the machine and ran a sanitize cycle multiple times to no avail. After experiencing some respiratory symptoms about a month ago, I decided to switch to washing our dishes by hand while we waited for our landlord to provide a resolution. His suggestion after almost month was to sanitize the dishwasher, but we recognized that this would only maintain the machine and not effectively eliminate the buildup. I turned to Yelp and found Jeremy. I texted him and he responded within less than 15 minutes. He asked for make and model information for the dishwasher. We were able to get an appointment scheduled for 3 days out with less than 30 minutes of interaction via text message. Our appointment was this morning and Jeremy texted me when he was 30 minutes out. He was communicative, prompt, and efficient. He was able to remove the dishwasher door and identify the area that was discharging this mysterious substance. He steam cleaned the area, tested the function of the dishwasher, and put the door back on. His rate was extremely fair and we will be certain to continue to call him for any appliance issues!

Technician refused to return when contacted by his call service as "his day was over"; this was 2:30pm and he wasn't even supposed to arrive until between 1:15-3:15pm to even begin the repair. Customer service lied and said he had received a more urgent call and could return next week to finish what he started. There are better companies to use than this one, look for a better one.
