We are currently renting a townhome. The dishwasher has been secreting this white and black soggy…read moresubstance after every single cycle since the day we moved in. I've cleaned the machine and ran a sanitize cycle multiple times to no avail. After experiencing some respiratory symptoms about a month ago, I decided to switch to washing our dishes by hand while we waited for our landlord to provide a resolution. His suggestion after almost month was to sanitize the dishwasher, but we recognized that this would only maintain the machine and not effectively eliminate the buildup. I turned to Yelp and found Jeremy. I texted him and he responded within less than 15 minutes. He asked for make and model information for the dishwasher. We were able to get an appointment scheduled for 3 days out with less than 30 minutes of interaction via text message. Our appointment was this morning and Jeremy texted me when he was 30 minutes out. He was communicative, prompt, and efficient. He was able to remove the dishwasher door and identify the area that was discharging this mysterious substance. He steam cleaned the area, tested the function of the dishwasher, and put the door back on. His rate was extremely fair and we will be certain to continue to call him for any appliance issues!

bsolutely terrible experience with this company. Do not use! Technician took apart my dishwasher…read moreand did not reinstall the parts he removed or fix the issue. Technician refused to return when contacted by his call service as "his day was over"; this was 2:30pm and he wasn't even supposed to arrive until between 1:15-3:15pm to even begin the repair. Customer service lied and said he had received a more urgent call and could return next week to finish what he started. There are better companies to use than this one, look for a better one.

I previously used this company a few times and had no complaints for appliance repair. When I…read morecalled them recently to share my microwave problems and see when they could come out... they asked my address, and then proceeded to say "we don't service Baltimore City any longer as we care too deeply about the safety of our employees ". I was shocked so didn't say anything in reply. I then called back to ask the name of the person I was speaking with ( a service tech)- he then proceeded to try to tell me again that the city was dangerous etc etc. why on earth would you tell a previous customer that they live in an unsafe area? I wanted to tell them to change the name of their company and train their employees to have some tact! My husband works for a hospital in the city which is why we live in the city. They should be grateful so many of us live close to the hospitals!

UPDATE: Fridge is back to not working. I called today and the man who answers the phone (same voice…read morethat has the initial voice recording) was very triggered by me saying that Joe did "diddly squat." He is refusing to have someone come out (which at this point I don't feel safe with them entering my home) and called me a bitch. All because I was unhappy that their tech didn't do anything and apparently having 40 years in the service allows you to be lazy. The man on the phone yelled at me repeatedly and hung up on me every time I tried to speak to him. They said up to 30 days of it not working they would send someone out but this must be their way to not follow through with this promise, to yell at people repeatedly when they try to ask your name and if you are the owner and then hang up every time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I reached out to this company when my freezer jumped 37 degrees in a 2 hour period and all of my food was ruined. The following morning my freezer was acting fine so I hesitated to have it serviced and thought maybe one of the kids left it open. When the company reached out they said it could have been the fan or a part but better safe than sorry and to have someone look at it. The technician, Joe, came and literally opened and closed it to tell me it was left open. He said he could spend time looking for something to actually be wrong but did I want to pay $100 an hour? I also didn't want to pay $129 for 5 min of you telling me exactly what I thought it was. He then proceeded to mansplain how a refrigerator works to justify my $129 fee. When I made the appointment I asked about fees and the additional $100 an hour was never mentioned. I expected him to actually look at the mechanics, possibly even verify to make sure the condenser looked right. He didn't even pull the fridge out to take a look. Would I recommend this company to anyone? No. Do I feel like my refrigerator was serviced? Not in the least bit.
