I'd recently called the County to make sure the street side was clear due to to water backfeeding from the washing machine through the basement toilet, and they advised the problem was on the house side of things. After then calling a plumber to snake the sewer stack, he was able to somewhat clear the blockage, however, a subsequent video service showed that there was a need for more to be done as the footage showed that there was much more debris that could be cleared for better flow...enter Impressive Drain Cleaning. I'd been told by the video service technician that a water jet would probably be needed, otherwise, the blockage would return sooner than later, so when Nickolas advised that he could be there the same day, I didn't hesitate. He was prompt, explained what he was doing and why, and worked the job as it were his own home...add to that the fact that he saved me a considerable amount of money and the value add becomes even greater! Messaged Nick on Yelp on a Sat night to fix a sewage backing up in the basement sink anytime someone flushed...he called me soon after. Came out 2 hrs later, on time, no surcharge for weekend like some other companies do (one tried to charge $300 extra). He knew exactly what to do to fix the problem (snaking the main line). He explained EVERYTHING he was doing and even told me how to fix the issue next time on my own. He was SUPER nice, worked quickly, and even ran the snake twice even though the first time cleared the problem. He charged me on the lowest end of the range that he quoted me on the phone. I am paranoid of people comin up with bogus excuses for why they need to charge extra fees (like most moving companies do) so that was a relief. I am so glad that I contacted this company via Yelp. Nick contacted me back very quickly and came the same day to unclog my toilet. It turned out to be a tougher job than originally thought because there was something lodged near the base inside the bottom of the toilet. Nick tried and wanted to come back the next day, unless I was okay with removal of toilet. I said that's fine by me and he immediately removed the toilet and pulled out a small scrub brush below.
