As I had no other way to verify this, I took them at their word and accepted their explanation. For full transparency, however, it is worth noting that this communication came less than 24 hours after I had posted my initial review. The repair technician arrived at my home the same day, and spent approximately 90 minutes going back over the previous repair work and going much more in-depth in this second go-round. After completing the work, he explained what he did, what he found, and then ran a cycle through my dishwasher. The next day, I ran another cycle, and the leaking issue had been fixed. As I am someone who does believe in giving people and businesses second chances and opportunities, and because I have seen them perform excellent and professional work before (see my original review), I am likely to give them my business at least once more to see that this experience is an outlier and not their typical course of business.

They refunded half making the repair $113 which is a fair price for the repair. So, bonus points for good customer service. ORIGINAL: They do good work and they call you beforehand. The technician was knowledgeable. BUT, service can be expensive! $$$$ I didn't get a quote for the cost of repair before it was done otherwise, I could have decided if $226 was worth it or not to repair a microwave. I SHOULD have been informed before the repair, but was NOT. If they don't do the repair it's $89 for having them come out. My microwave is an above the stove type with the exhaust fan and the issue turned out to be a blown fuse. It took LESS THAN AN HOUR to inspect, replace, clean up and write the bill, LOL! I would probably have been better off replacing the microwave as it's a few years old, but with the $89 fee for the service call, having it repaired was probably the better option. I am thankful that the microwave is working again and that I could afford the repair. Just remember to ask that they give you a price estimate before they begin any repairs so that you can decide if it's worth it or not!

I scheduled the appointment to have my refrigerator diagnosed for oil leaking out of the bottom and also my dryer that was not properly drying close in my rental property. When the technician arrived, he went to the refrigerator and saw that it was still running, cleaned up the oil spot and told my tenant that if it stops working to call again and make an appointment. He never once attempted to diagnosis why the oil was leaking from the refrigerator. Then he had the nerve to charge me labor for cleaning up the oil spot. Then the technician went to diagnose the issue with the dryer and saw that the dryer filter needed to be cleaned. He automatically assumed that that was the problem without investigating further. And again, I was charged for cleaning a dryer filter that took about 10 seconds. My tenant informed me that his clothes were still not drying so I went to the unit and investigated. Not only did I discover that the dryer was not heating properly but that also there was hardly any air being circulated. Obviously, there were other issues with the dryer other than a dirty dryer filter. I was charged $238 for their technician to clean up an oil spot in the kitchen and clean off the dryer filter. NEVER was an attempt made to properly diagnose either issue. Their technician was very lazy and took the path of least resistance to close the call and move onto the next appointment. Never was he concerned with taking the time to investigate either problem in order to properly diagnose the problems. Waste of my time, my tenants time and my money and I never received any service for the money that I expended.
