I was greeted and my order was taken shortly after I arrived. Self serve for drinks, which is nice because unsweetened and sweet tea can be mixed according to my preference. My name was called promptly and food was delivered. Crinkle fries were hot and crisp, chicken tenders were fresh, lightly coated and tasty. My only issue was a couple of the chicken pieces had a bit of tough gristle. Coleslaw and Cane's sauce were good. This location is very convenient to ORD and the nearby hotels. It has a drive through window as well as plenty of room in the parking lot.

Thanks to Yelp, I found this new Cane's location! It's my first time at this location. I've had Cane's before, and the quality is always consistent across the board. I've never been to a Cane's that I didn't like, and that says a lot about them as a chain. The chicken is always crispy on the outside, while also being juicy and tender on the inside. Everything is freshly made to order, and I also love that their menu is very specialized / curated so that they nail that dish perfectly. The staff here is very friendly, efficient and accurate with my order. I was able to get a box combo for myself and a chicken sandwich combo to go for my partner. There's plenty of chairs and tables for those who want to dine in. There's plenty of free parking on premise, and they also have a drive thru. It's also right across from Allstate Arena, which is perfect for when the next time I am there for a concert I know where to go for a bite. I'd totally come back here, and I'd recommend this Cane's to anyone in the area.

This is smaller than some of the other locations and this is the 30th location in the Chicago area. I had couple of the items. They're going to open another one in Lincoln Park next month. Stay tune for that.

They had a long line a little after 1 on a Friday afternoon. Took about 45 minutes to get to the order counter so would definitely call ahead although maybe the wait is part of the experience. I was talking to a group in front of me that recommended the Char Pup so ordered a Char Jumbo Dog and a double Pup. Also ordered a 1/3 pound Char Merkt cheddar Burger. For toppings, we got everything and grilled onions on the Red Hots and both were excellent! Some of the best we've had. The surprise was the Burger (which we saw was highly rated). It had that flame grilled tasty beef and we got it with everything and grilled onions also-simple. delicious Burger and just the right size. They also have Italian Beef as well Italian and Polish sausage. Service at the counter was friendly and quick-food was ready about 15 minutes after ordering. A Triple D favorite that lives up to the hype!

This place is listed in some lists as the best burger joint in Illinois. It's really solid. And the shakes are very good, too. They do crinkly fries, in case that's your jam. I enjoyed the flavor of the burger, although I do wish there were more pickles. :-) We had to wait for a table outside, and it was a little bit chilly, but overall I felt it was worth it.

Enough sauce that I didn't use the extra provided. They fell off the bone like properly cooked ribs should do. The coleslaw rocks! It's a small portion of a simple cabbage and sweet cream sauce but it was so good. I'm glad I bought the second side of it. The garlic bread was very good. Did some dipping of that in my extra bbq sauce. The fries were well seasoned and done good, too. In all I was satisfied with the meal and would consider for a future order when back in the area.

Best Greek chicken I've had in a long time. Fries were plentiful and crispy. Coleslaw was good but way too much mayo. She loved her chicken souvlaki plate. I was hoping for a taste but it disappeared before I could get a bite. She didn't really care for the baklava cheesecake but I really enjoyed it. Nice combination of two great deserts, especially when you bite into the flaky phyllo dough. Prices aren't bad. I can't speak for the atmosphere or staff, but I will be checking them out in the future. Thumbs up for the GrubHub driver though. We tried Evan's again and she stuck with the chicken souvlaki. I tried the pork version and it was even better than the Greek chicken.

Pricing here can be very confusing and inconsistent. I ordered a "Pick Two" combo with the option…read moreof wings or filets, and specifically selected 2 wings and 2 filets, which is advertised around $15. However, I was only charged for a single 2-piece filet order instead of the expected combo pricing. What makes it more frustrating is that I had a different experience the last time I visited--ordering 2 wings and 2 filets for the same $15 price point. This inconsistency makes it difficult to understand how the pricing is being applied from visit to visit. Overall, I would strongly recommend double-checking your order and pricing before paying, as it doesn't always reflect what is advertised on the menu.

This is a higher end seafood place disguised as greasy spoon gas station food. They were working hard for our business, too. They threw in free chicken wings and an extra piece of perch to show off what they had. Catfish, wings, perch, even their fries are good. The mother-in-law thought the shrimp was undercooked, but she's used to the rubbery overcooked stuff at a fast food joint. I tried one and it was perfect. Everything gets coated with their lemon pepper seasoning, and I'm not mad about it. Variety would be nice, though. Prices aren't bad for what you get, and everyone there was friendly and hustling for us. I'm looking forward to returning. Often.

Which is a nice option then you can try a few options. We went a few hours after lunch and it was nice that the lunch rush was done. Even though it was Saturday we've seen the food court is crazy busy. We tried the mild versions as my niece loves chicken wings and she was with us. We ordered 2 half orders to try. It was worth it. We didn't have leftovers and leaving 1 or 2 pieces was worth it. We ordered the fried chicken and the sweet and mild wings. They both had a nice crunchy layer of breading. Not overly breaded so each bite had a bit of crunch. The fried chicken was good but had a couple drumettes was a bit over cooked which made it dry. Still very good and will eat it again. The sweet and mild wings had a nice sweet sauce that kept the wings moist and still crunchy. The sweetness was not overpowering but just right. I'll be back to try the hot wings. It's nice they offer boneless wings so for those times you don't want to have sticky fingers it's an option. They had other things but we didn't know what they were. We just wanted the wings. We'll be back!!!

I ordered the #5 sandwich which was essentially a texas toast sandwich with 2 fried chicken tenders, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese topped with a really delicious creamy sauce! It was ABSOLUTELY my top meal ever eaten at a food court and I look forward to coming back here to shop so I can have an excuse in indulge in this delicious sandwich again. The texas toasts for the buns were perfectly buttery, crisp and soft. The chicken tenders were fried perfectly and juicy with every bite. I'm not even sure what sauce they put on it but I'd like to call it crack sauce because I could probably slather it on everything and think it's Christmas all day every day. The sandwich also came with crinkle fries (which were fried and seasoned perfectly) and a drink. All in all, it was probably the best $11 I spent at the mall that day. I high suggest everyone come here and check out this place because their chicken sandwich would give the hyped up Popeyes Chicken sandwich a run for its money.
