There are many shops that when a women calls they tend to treat them like they are inferior, not this place. Ken was beyond helpful and even provided us a place to call if we wanted a refurbished transmission as he knew we were looking into options to save money but yet still get the job done right. We had our transmission replaced with Mike's Automotive and even with a few hiccups, nothing that was their fault...just a few extra things that had to be replaced to get the car in running shape since it had been sitting for some time. The fact that I never felt inferior by their staff and they kept the communication open with us was truly amazing. We were looking for a good automotive place and this definitely will be the place we go to from here on. They completed a brake flush for my 2015 Audi S4. The job was completed within a good timeframe and the results were fine. The car was returned clean everywhere and everything back in place. The price was very fair. I also asked for estimates for more extensive maintenance work and asked them challenging questions about those procedures. They had the right answers and the estimated costs were again very fair, about 35% less than dealer estimates. I was very pleased with the experience and the results. I will use them again for my Audi maintenance and repairs.

Delivered the vehicle to them Monday. They knew from me what was the problem and could have ordered parts before I even arrived, but decided to wait until I arrived on Monday. Monday, when I was being dropped off, I was told repairs like I was asking for take one, maybe two days to fix. The price they gave me AFTER DIAGNOSTIC was more expensive than local dealers for the same work. But since the car was already there and the appointment was made that was fine because I didn't have to work until Wednesday and if they had it fixed by Tuesday, no issue... Tuesday rolls around, no phone call, no communication. Late in the day I finally called and asked for an update. They told me it wasn't done and it looked like it would be one more day. So, I made plans to get a ride to work, and plans to pick me up. An hour before they were set to close, still no call, and we call them again, after I made plans to get off early and get a ride to get to the shop only to find out they still have even started on the work. I won't use them again, it was my first time, and suggest you don't either. They seem to want your business and then will hold you hostage until they finally get around to whatever you brought them.

ON the 25th returning from an errand on the way to Meet Chris my transmission blew. Once I got my vehicle home, Chris came out and did an inspection for my vehicle for repairs consisting of Engine & Transmission rebuild. On March 27th Chris came out and conducted an inspection. Verified issues, confirmed work to be done. We Discussed adding an aftermarket CAM which required a higher price. Confirmed part and Price. Later that evening I paid my $3,000 deposit on nearly a $6,000 job. Today is April 10th - My truck is still sitting in my driveway. Ive been told Chris has had heart failure, blood clots and other complications. Cannot confirm information. They're so called mechanic was also supposed to come out but never did. Ive been told at least 4 different times they were coming to get my truck whether it was a tow truck or them towing it and never showed.
