Loved my experience buying a vehicle here! I was greeted respectfully but not overwhelmed. I feel they are honest and make the experience as easy as it can be. I usually loathe going to warranty/finance after buying a vehicle but Efren made it fun and explained things in terms I understood! They have more than just Dodge cars, check 'em out!

0/10 stars. My boyfriend and I went to Rainier Dodge of Olympia yesterday afternoon after seeing a Mercedes AMG they had listed on facebook for 28k. When we arrived the car was sitting on the lot with stickers on it that confirmed the price was 28k, I asked the salesman what the car was listed for and he pulled out his phone, I'm assuming pulled up the car online, looked at me and said "the price is correct we just did a recent price drop on this car." My boyfriend and I then decide to test drive the vehicle, after test driving it and deciding to pay the $500 deposit to "take the car off the lot" and come back the next day to pay cash. The salesman then decides to say "the car is actually 35k". So not only did they lie straight to our faces, they also committed false advertising as well as having NO desire to fix THEIR mistake. I will be contacting the state attorney general and better business bureau as false advertising is illegal. If anyone knows how I can get in contact with owner please let me know, the manager was sitting in the office the whole time this went down and did not seem to care, but then again all of their reviews seem to be awful so it just shows how much this business does not care. Also, I have screenshots of the car being listed at a certain price, yelp will not let me attach.

Showing vehicle still in for service

I had brought my vehicle in for a complementary oil change and tire rotation. Appointment was for 9:30am I checked in early at 9:15 I did not get my vehicle keys back in my hand till four hours later. I also was asked if I wanted my engine and cabin air filters 2 hours after they had taken my vehicle back to the shop. I still don't understand how this shop has yet to be investigated yet as there is no way they taking care of those people who are a paying by the hour. If this visit wasn't free I would be done anywhere else in less than an hour.

My husband and I came in wanting to trade in our Tahoe for a 4x4 truck. We looked nearly EVERYWHERE, and my husband has been wanting a Rebel, but we couldn't find one. We finally got to this location and was greeted by Chris. Chris was new at the time and we were probably his second customers. You all know how car buying goes, it can take forever, but they knew what we wanted and they took care of us. Chris was very personable and patient with us. His coworker (Ron?) helped also, and was super nice. They all made us feel very comfortable and the finance lady didn't make us stay any longer and actually rushed us through because we had to pick up our kids from school. Overall, if you all are looking for a vehicle, visit this place, they are super helpful and they are genuinely nice. And tell them Mark and Lani sent you!

How much does a smog check cost?

Does Rainier Dodge run a good repair shop? After getting a routine oil change and lube they informed me that I need to replace struts, shocks and engine cradle parts. Thanks

Made an appointment last week for Monday. In the appointment schedule I told them what was wrong. I…read morehad a blower motor on a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan that was out. Delivered the vehicle to them Monday. They knew from me what was the problem and could have ordered parts before I even arrived, but decided to wait until I arrived on Monday. Monday, when I was being dropped off, I was told repairs like I was asking for take one, maybe two days to fix. The price they gave me AFTER DIAGNOSTIC was more expensive than local dealers for the same work. But since the car was already there and the appointment was made that was fine because I didn't have to work until Wednesday and if they had it fixed by Tuesday, no issue... Tuesday rolls around, no phone call, no communication. Late in the day I finally called and asked for an update. They told me it wasn't done and it looked like it would be one more day. So, I made plans to get a ride to work, and plans to pick me up. An hour before they were set to close, still no call, and we call them again, after I made plans to get off early and get a ride to get to the shop only to find out they still have even started on the work. I won't use them again, it was my first time, and suggest you don't either. They seem to want your business and then will hold you hostage until they finally get around to whatever you brought them.

Because the tire pressure is fine, they recommended that I not replace the sensors until I need my tires replaced. I took their recommendation. To top it off, they did not charge me for the diagnosis. Scheduling online was easy, and the front desk person was very nice. Excellent experience. I'll go back. Thanks!
