He sent me a personal video of the car I was interested in, responded to my messages even on his days off, was willing to arrange transport from over 30 miles away, and stayed multiple hours past closing. Brandon didn't just stay late to complete the sale, but made sure I had everything I needed at every step and even helped set up my phone after locking up and made sure I drove away happy and safe. He showed a genuine interest and care for my needs; I truly felt like more than just another sale, which was beyond pleasant. I had been without a car since November and actively in the market since January with many unfavorable experiences with various dealerships, which was surprising since I was only looking at Subaru. Brandon is the epitome of what I expect from Subaru and truly represents the company's values of being client-centered, showing love and respect to all, and providing enjoyment and peace of mind. I live my life in a way that is deeply rooted in my values and ethics, which is why I have been so passionate about- and loyal to- Subaru for many years now; it's definitely a company I can stand with. The staff was very patient in listening to our complaints and responded professionally. There were still a couple of small things that didn't get done but the engine did get replaced and they gave an explanation as to why it took so long. Communication could definitely have been better and more specific earlier on, which would have helped ease our frustrations. However, overall we would recommend Mullinax of Olympia now. Thank you to the staff who very kindly helped us. My husband is now very happy with his new van.

I have to transfer my money into a different bank because Heritage doesn't have branches in many places. It can be hard transferring money in/out because it's not recognized by some payers, for example dental insurance will not automatically take payment from Heritage.
