Explaining things to Diana, she said "I have a simple answer". Within minutes she had it all sorted and the title company was satisfied. Her experience and knowledge really showed. They completely ignored that request and proceeded with service anyway without authorization or communication. Then they essentially held her car hostage until she paid for the work. At one point, Aaron even told her, "sorry you have a broken car," in a sarcastic and unprofessional manner instead of attempting to resolve the situation or provide actual customer service. This was easily the worst service department experience we have ever had. We will never return and will be filing a complaint with the State Attorney General. Made an additional payment via phone to keep current, but still two missing payments and the money is gone from my account. They have no clue, blame my bank repeatedly and have shown zero interest in assistance... Until now when they said if I had a checking acct there it would be easy... No way that will ever happen. not one penny of my money will ever sit at Twin Star as they cant even get simple payments handled correctly. Run and hide your money under the mattress before ever using Twin Star for banking needs...UGH!
