I felt like an idiot and hate dealing with car problems but she was sympathetic and reassuring and I felt much better knowing she was going to see to it that my car was taken care of. Even though I came in without an appointment, Hanson's took care of my car and replaced my tire. Granted I had to pay for it but it's not their fault I drove over a nail. Iola has always walked me to my car afterwards and made sure I knew that if I had any issues or questions that she was there to help. Seriously, she needs to be promoted. Her customer service skills are excellent. On another note, the waiting area is very nice. There's coffee, tea and water as well as snacks. There's a big TV and free Wi-Fi. The restroom is clean. I highly recommend Hanson's and although I hope I don't need to go back any time soon, I'll definitely be back when it's time for my next oil change.

It was a busy day, so the negotiations and financing took some time, but they ensured we were taken care of throughout the process.

My wife was treated like a joke the entire time and was met with dismissive, sexist behavior instead of professionalism or respect. She specifically had a conversation with the service department requesting that they contact her before performing any work on the vehicle. They completely ignored that request and proceeded with service anyway without authorization or communication. Then they essentially held her car hostage until she paid for the work. At one point, Aaron even told her, "sorry you have a broken car," in a sarcastic and unprofessional manner instead of attempting to resolve the situation or provide actual customer service. This was easily the worst service department experience we have ever had. We will never return and will be filing a complaint with the State Attorney General. Avoid Rainier Dodge's service department if you expect honesty, communication, or basic respect.

I use a large banking company, one of the biggest in the world and yet Twin Star can't figure it out. Now they show me two months late, my bank shows payments sent and they cant figure it out. Made an additional payment via phone to keep current, but still two missing payments and the money is gone from my account. They have no clue, blame my bank repeatedly and have shown zero interest in assistance... Until now when they said if I had a checking acct there it would be easy... No way that will ever happen. not one penny of my money will ever sit at Twin Star as they cant even get simple payments handled correctly. Run and hide your money under the mattress before ever using Twin Star for banking needs...UGH!
