He took the time to rework estimates, negotiate costs, provide all the information I needed and make every accommodation possible. He sent me a personal video of the car I was interested in, responded to my messages even on his days off, was willing to arrange transport from over 30 miles away, and stayed multiple hours past closing. Brandon didn't just stay late to complete the sale, but made sure I had everything I needed at every step and even helped set up my phone after locking up and made sure I drove away happy and safe. He showed a genuine interest and care for my needs; I truly felt like more than just another sale, which was beyond pleasant. I had been without a car since November and actively in the market since January with many unfavorable experiences with various dealerships, which was surprising since I was only looking at Subaru. Brandon is the epitome of what I expect from Subaru and truly represents the company's values of being client-centered, showing love and respect to all, and providing enjoyment and peace of mind. I live my life in a way that is deeply rooted in my values and ethics, which is why I have been so passionate about- and loyal to- Subaru for many years now; it's definitely a company I can stand with. Thanks to Brandon, the choice on which Subaru dealership to take my business to was made easy, even before meeting in-person. He is the reason I went to a dealership 36 miles away, rather than the one I have just 6 miles away from home. I truly cannot recommend Brandon enough! I'd also like to note that overall, Olympia Subaru is by far the best Subaru dealership I've had the pleasure of working with, and I've been to quite a few between CA, OR and WA. Everyone was so friendly and helpful with all the good vibes! I got such a kick out of Jesse in finance, such a great sense of humor and actually made the paperwork portion quite fun and as stress-free as humanly possible! If I am ever in the market for another car, I will definitely be returning to Olympia Subaru again-and-again!

    DayMare (not Nightmare) at Rainer Dodge in Olympia…read more Vinny the Salesman was terrible. We had a 1pm appointment to test drive a car on 08/02/2025. When we arrived, our test drive car was not waiting for us in front of the showroom. We had to walk 3-5 minutes to the back of the lot. I did ask, "Is this an episode of "Buried in the Backyard?" He didn't laugh. We have 48 cubit feet of storage in our Pathfinder. So we kept asking about cargo space. Vinny kept asking. "What do you need to haul around?" Like it was it was any of his business! We asked for cargo room measurements ( for cubic feet), they gave height and width (square feet). Dummies! We looked at the car and then Vinny drove the car in reverse half-way to front of the Showroom building We were NOT invited into the Showroom. So we "let ourselves in" We drove the vehicle and came back. My trade-in had a bad gear shifter. They deducted $4500 from my $5K trade-in value and offered us $500 ... Then Vinny was rude and disrespectful to my wife. We are a middle-class power couple. So Vinny took my "deets" and was going to process the money side of the deal. My Wife checked Vinny and offered her "deets" (we make $XXX ,000 + together) They came back with paltry offer. They asked no questions about past maintenance ( i rebuild the transmission last Summer for $9000 and it was $1300 to fix the shifter this summer ). A real waste of time. Stay away from Rainier Dodge and Stay Away from Vinny. He doesn't know how to treat customers.

I usually loathe going to warranty/finance after buying a vehicle but Efren made it fun and explained things in terms I understood! They have more than just Dodge cars, check 'em out!
