I have never had to take these pieces to a tailor to repair a hem or seam that came apart due to quality issues. This store was wonderful. I usually buy pieces online but it was a treat to come in and try on so many pieces in person. Ebony was a delight to work with and she was very knowledgeable about the pieces, the different options, and how to dress items up or down. I entered, and I was completely overcome with pleasantries, warm welcomes, and a verbal pitch of all the sales occurring at the time. There was one guy taking a woman around (like a personal shopper)...she felt special. Another sales person was helping another customer. It was just an all around pleasant experience. I was so thrilled that I purchased something just because I was treated with such kindness. There was one drawback, and I do mean just one. When the manager came in, they began to talk about who was working next and blah blah blah. It's just a personal preference, but I ABSOLUTELY HATE those kinds of discussions in front of customers.
