The little fitting room is beautiful with everything white and clean -- it feels like you're getting the royal treatment. Service is amazing. Silly us arrived there without an appointment. Tiffani was kind enough to squeeze us in at the end of the day and even happily stayed late to make sure my daughter was happy with her dress. The first time it happened I simply choked it up as human error; however this is the second time I have gone to purchase items at this store and the ticketed price is lower than what it rings up for. The associate quickly rang my uniforms and I asked to see the price tag. Each tag was marked approximately $3 less than what they rang up for. The associate was kind enough to change the prices after speaking Spanish to her coworker in which she said "she noticed the difference". It is unfortunate that most people don't pay very close attention when being rung up, especially during back to school season when stores are crowded and parents are store hopping to get all of the school supplies. Please be aware and ensure you are not overpaying a store that is franchised your hard earned money. Lastly, I had to check my bags. The associate took my ticket and handed me a small shopping bag. I said that is not my bag. She laughed and said oh and handed over my two gigantic bags. People pay attention!

Extremely rude customer service at the store. I came in to exchange a baby item with a valid gift…read morereceipt and was unexpectedly berated by the owner about how the item wasn't in its original box. She reiterated multiple times that I "understand what this means for the business," which felt unnecessarily intense and confrontational. I had no prior knowledge of any box, as the item was given to me already gift-wrapped. I calmly explained this, but was still made to repeat that I "understand" -- over and over -- in a way that felt accusatory and frankly demeaning. I understand that small businesses have return policies, and I respected that -- I came with a valid gift receipt and handled the interaction politely. The issue wasn't the policy, it was the way I was treated. I accepted the store credit, but I left the store with a strong impression of how unpleasant the owner's behavior was. This feedback is not about the outcome -- it's about how a customer, especially a new mother, should never be spoken to that way. I hope future interactions are handled with more empathy and professionalism.
