This is a great little shop in Lee Heights that offers high quality (though not outrageously…read morepriced) Women's fashion and accessories as well as adorable high end baby and toddler clothing. They also offer a great selection of unique gifts and other special items that you can't find at the countless big box stores that have taken over almost everywhere else here now. It's like visiting...Etsy...in person. If such a store existed of course. Obviously only a very very small, and very highly curated BIT of Etsy, but still...it's etsy-esque. In a good way. Well worth a visit. Especially for those "extra hard to shop for" and "already have everything" types. They're also great for the many miscellaneous gift needs that pop up throughout the year for coworkers and teachers and other people you might not know very well and whose gift options fall uncomfortably in between even the classiest target dollar bin options your best friends might love, and the fancier more expensive fare reserved for one's own children, close relatives, spouses... The "I don't really know what, but ideally something special and memorable and cool" gifts for all sorts of things like secret Santas, teacher appreciation, miscellaneous baby/bridal showers, office party exchanges, attempts to gain favor or acceptance from cringey or critical or perfectly lovely mother in laws...etc. This place is perfect for all of those and more. I've found awesome Christmas presents for my mother here two years in a row now, and many fun things for myself as well. Best boutique baby clothes section I've seen in the Arlington area, actually. How do you have a line full of customers with 1 to 2 items sitting there for 10 mins while you have 2 people on the floor folding clothes and 1 person on register? Working in retail previously, you should get the crowd out the store then go back to folding clothes. The workers were there having full blown conversations with customers instead of keeping the line moving. Yes, speak to your customers and make them feel welcomed, but do not campaign for a seat at their dinner table..geesh! This location is already small and yes the store was a wreck..but clear out the customers. It will literally take 10-15 mins to clear the crowd and then go back to cleaning the store. I went to this location because it is close to me, but out of 5 years, I've only stepped into this store 3x and that was only to return an online order. I pray this location gets better in the upcoming years.

The next person being rung up next to us after the couple left stepped in and commented how she needed to continue doing her job and she's doing the most and its disgustingly racist to which the worker KATRINA didnt respond to her. I asked for the manager on the clock which was a nice man with dreadlocks and as nice as he's always been being that we've started to go to that store since it opened so we've seen him before n he rung us out before as well today he was completely useless and it might be because it was a busy time or they just had enough of that lady and her rants because when I started to speak she started to curse and talk over me which he had to tell her to stop and keep doing her job MIND YOU SHE STILL RINGING MY stuff and my mother teenage sister and toddler son asking why she's being rude why shes saying bad words why shes calling me fat body shaming me and threatening with what we can only assume is ice giving the days we're all living in now in the country and needing to stick together. I had to sit there and tell my 4 year old that we don't say bad things to people or bad words and to never argue with someone whose older than him in the mean time while my mother in the verge of tears telling her teenager not to comment on the matter that sometimes people are just cruel and unprofessional. I was given nothing but the lady name from the receipt from the lady after the manager didn't let me get through HALF of the things that happened and said he will talk to his boss tomorrow and that's it. NO APOLOGIES NO GUIDANCE ON WHO OR WHERE I CAN CALL AND COMPLAIN OR WHAT WILL BE DONE ABOUT IT nothing nothing nothing nothing I had to ask the security guy who again we're regulars and we know familiar faces and vise versa gave me more information where I can reach out to Burlington and go from there. its so unbelievable I have never felt so unsafe and disrespected before

I finally was able to visit and it was quite insane!! I had vivid memories of the teen/adult clothing stores that were open decades ago at Dulles Town Center. It's like fast fashion meets Rave, Charlotte Russe and H&M. Great idea bringing this to a busy mall with a lot of foot traffic. They carry so many items at decent/affordable prices. I can see why it was so hyped up. Shoes, jeans, tops---for men, women and kids. There were also miscellaneous items such as water bottles, suitcases, home deco, etc. There were 2 whole floors of items!! I didn't purchase anything, but I did eye stuff for my next visit. I love the self-checkout section. There was a barcode scanner upon exit. They are located on the opposite side of the 3-floor section of the mall. There is an entrance from outside the mall as well as inside. Would I return? for sure

She reiterated multiple times that I "understand what this means for the business," which felt unnecessarily intense and confrontational. I had no prior knowledge of any box, as the item was given to me already gift-wrapped. I calmly explained this, but was still made to repeat that I "understand" -- over and over -- in a way that felt accusatory and frankly demeaning. I understand that small businesses have return policies, and I respected that -- I came with a valid gift receipt and handled the interaction politely. The issue wasn't the policy, it was the way I was treated. I accepted the store credit, but I left the store with a strong impression of how unpleasant the owner's behavior was. This feedback is not about the outcome -- it's about how a customer, especially a new mother, should never be spoken to that way. I hope future interactions are handled with more empathy and professionalism.
