I shopped at the Baltimore National Harbor location and although busy, Aneese gave me wonderful service. I bought 4 bracelets (2 of which she suggested) and checked out. The registers were having trouble running cards so it took a while to check out. ANEESE was attentive and communicated very well but she never mentioned signing up for anything or a warranty. One of the bracelets I purchased was the "Path of Life" bracelet ($40 value) and the charm had some crystal stones on it (an upgrade from the one I was replacing). By the time I got home, 2 of the stones were missing. The next day I went back to the same location. Immediately there was a different vibe. A woman named TYRICE appeared out of the back room, stood still and folded her arms. No welcoming gestures at all. I explained to Tyrice that I purchased a bracelet the previous day and stones were missing. She explained that maybe it was just that one and they could possibly replace it IF I had a warranty. Although she offered to replace the bracelet without the warranty. I told her I didn't want the same bracelet. It seemed that I would lose stones with this design. I offered to purchase more bracelets with the price difference. She said okay but still pushed to replace it with the same design. She finally let me get the "Path of Life" bracelet that had no stones on it but lied to me and said this one costed more than the one I was returning. She switched the bracelets and when I asked for a receipt... refused to give me one. I'm assuming this was so I could not see that she was charging me the same price for a cheaper item. She told me several times that I shouldn't be able to exchange because I didn't have a warranty. I understood the policy but was willing to purchase more with the $20 price difference. I ended up ordering online. Unfortunately, I will never shop in your stores anymore. Tyrice was so dishonest. I felt like she wasn't welcoming at all. While she was trying to avoid an exchange/return she actually made me not want to purchase anything else.

There was one guy taking a woman around (like a personal shopper)...she felt special. Another sales person was helping another customer. It was just an all around pleasant experience. I was so thrilled that I purchased something just because I was treated with such kindness. There was one drawback, and I do mean just one. When the manager came in, they began to talk about who was working next and blah blah blah. It's just a personal preference, but I ABSOLUTELY HATE those kinds of discussions in front of customers. Many women know that when you lose your hair, it is a very traumatic experience. And when you're not used to wearing wigs, it can be quite daunting too. It looked like a small upscale boutique where a pair of jeans was likely to be $400. Oh no, this place was affordable on my student budget. This became my go to place for sundresses (usually in the $35-$40 range), funky tops, and accessories. They have accessories as far as the eye can see. I even introduced my east coast friends to the store when they visited. Then I moved away, and had to order on line. I kept each item of clothing for years knowing I would never find anything like it again. I had one wrap dress that rivaled anything made by Diane Von Furstenberg. When I moved east, and when coworkers would ask me where I got my clothes and I would direct them to the website. I had them hooked, pretty soon they had their entire families ordering. And then there came a day when three of us had on the same dress from here. That was my doing. Then much to my luck the store added stores on the east coast. I recently went to store in Annapolis and it was like old times. The staff was friendly and I had to put myself on a budget to avoid buying the store. Instead of changing it when I brought it to the cashier's attention, the young lady next to her, who was the first cashier for my previous transaction that didn't even ask me for my number said skip past it, the young lady said okay and then gave me my total. I guess this is why I've never received any emails for them, it's someone else's address. I digress. I saw something else on my way out but decided the poor service wasn't worth me making another purchase, maybe some other time. Overall, the store is cute, I'd shop in here for my girls occasionally. But moms, beware, you might get a little agitated. It kind of reminded me of when I have to repeat myself to my children, which I don't like to do. When I'm shopping I don't want to be reminded of my kids irresponsibilities. The girls in this store are definitely a little irresponsible when it comes to good customer service. Let me start off by saying how clean and neat this store is. I was welcomed right away by a wonderful sales woman, Grace. Immediately, she asked if I needed help. I thought about saying no, but what the heck. I was looking for something for my GUY, who wears extremely casual clothes, but on the right occasion gets a little formal. Looking around I noticed very nice 3 piece suits on very nicely put together mannequins. So Grace asked me a few questions about his style and his sizing and led me to some very nice shirts and sweaters that were reasonably priced. We looked through the racks and found 2 very nice pieces that I thought he would like. And to my surprise, they were under $30 a piece. Very reasonably priced for a store like this. Grace offered other suggestions for shirts and other items. But I thought I would keep it simple this time. Grace was so helpful to me during my shopping experience and I know there are items here that he would love. I am definitely coming back, with him to shop around some more. I am definitely coming back and I hope to work with Grace again!! She was the BEST!!
