It hasn't. I give up. While the store was neat and well-stocked, the prices just always seem ridiculous. Even the clearance item markdowns weren't all that impressive. Without any notice, they CLOSED my account simply because I paid off my credit card and hadn't used it for 18 months. The reason I hadn't used it was because I've been busy caring for my children with autism and haven't had the chance to go out much. The most upsetting part? I only found out my account was closed when Credit Karma notified me--NOT the company. I had planned to use the card for an upcoming celebration, but now I can't. When I called to ask why, they told me it was because I didn't use it for 18 months straight. So basically, they're forcing people to "use it or lose it." That's not loyalty, that's a trap. This decision also dropped my credit score, which makes this even more devastating. After almost two decades as a loyal customer, I regret ever trusting this company. They clearly don't care about their customers as people. This kind of practice should be illegal.
