I was so desperately looking everywhere to buy trifold project board for my son's presentation following day. I looked for stores in Bellevue and Redmond roaming over an hour. My spouse called in this store to check if they have and they confirmed they have it. I rushed from Walgreens Bellevue to this store at Crossroads 5min before store closing. Store manager did not allow me in at all, simply sighing they are closed. There was a couple inside who cane out exact 9pm that's when sliding doors opened. I went in requesting to grab the board, explaining they made me wait outside until it passed 9pm and the store manager simply mentioned we were closed. I told that it was not fair to not allow a customer who made it 5min before store closed but she showed not courtesy! I felt so bad! The two other persons working in the store watched helplessly! Shouldn't a customer be allowed in 5 min before closing? I understand people may be tired etc. but small courtesy would have made huge difference :(

It is not even comparable to the other chain stores in the area. They also have a good selection of sewing notions and sewing patterns. And wow they have a ton of puzzles!! I went to get some pop tape for a project. Not only was I shown the exact place to find it in, but also the one that would work best for my needs. And I supported it wholeheartedly despite sometimes finding items slightly cheaper elsewhere. Additionally, as an art educator I always suggested it to my students for their value, as well as excellent and knowledgeable customer service. Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed to say both superb customer service and cost value are gone. Firstly, I learned from my students that student discount was no longer available. Then after my last visit, I was stunned how much the prices have increased. Still, I remained a dedicated patron. After coming home I realized one of the expensive wooden panels had a substantial gouge in the corner - simply too noticeable to try fixing. I confidently returned to the store but was told they would not take back the damaged items - because they couldn't verify it was damaged before my purchase. The associate was unbearably rude and dismissive. One my way out I expressed my profound disappointment with the current direction of this trusted business with another associate, only to have the associate I originally spoke with catch up with us. Now they changed their song, saying they could accept the damage item but I was very lucky because it's not something they always do. What?! The associate appeared to be making up policies as they went along. In the end I kept the damaged wooden panel, as I will keeping my business away from this place.

The whole plastic for the window was about $99 (before tax) and the additional AC cut-out was about $50 (before tax). Once they took my order, the wait time was about one and half weeks for me. I also bought tape from there so I can secure it to the window. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it!

You can find so many innovative and new toys, books, and learning supplies for children of all ages, many of which I couldn't even find on Amazon. The store is very well stocked and the employees were very helpful. It is huge! We ended up buying a pointer with a finger on it that my baby loved, and he still plays with it today. I was excited to find out that there is a Lakeshore store near me in DC, and I look forward to shopping there as well in the future!

From the reviews here, Paper Source looked like the best. So I navigated the huge parking garage (fortunately free that day) and eventually found my way into Paper Source. I seriously thought about taking pictures along the way to help me find my way all the way back to my car. Wow, so disappointing! Yes there were cards that were...different. But not interesting. They were all pretty dull. And the selection was on the small side. I finally found cards I liked at Safeway. I assume Paper Source is a great place to buy craft paper. But for greeting cards I'd have to call it vastly overrrated.
