Our move was super last minute and it was during Christmas week. I went on Google to search for…read moremovers near my area, Kent, WA to be exact. Found these guys on Yelp, usually I like to make sure businesses have a legit website but this company didn't, but after reading the reviews, I was all for it. I called the number shown and I got a quick respond from Jay. I asked him if he had any availability the next day, which is the day before Christmas Eve and he kindly told me that he can provide a couple of guys and a truck to help me move. The latest was for 5pm. I was super happy that he was willing to help me, especially at a later time. Jay provided me a special December rate and a solid answer so I confirmed and approved his services. I texted him with both addresses and he sent me a confirmation text that we are still on for the next day. I texted him the next morning to make sure we're still set up and he quickly texted back with a Yes. Got home as quickly as I could. It was pouring rain! Two gentlemen were already near the old apartment just waiting. They both kindly greeted me. I told them that all the boxes were taped, labeled, and ready to be put in the truck. They were super quick and careful. They knew what they were doing. They were super careful with both plasma TVs. Everything was put in place and nothing was broken. Took about 45 minutes to get everything in. I was also helping as much as I could. Once we were ready to go to the new apartment, I lead the way and it helped all of us since I knew a quicker way to get there without hitting traffic and the freeway. Everything went well and we arrived to our new apartment. 3 flights of stairs is crazy and I can only imagine how they managed to get everything in my new apartment, without stopping. They were on beast mode! Got everything in and also set back up my bed at no problem. Made sure that I was happy with where they were putting things. Confirmed any last minute changes before they left. I was completely satisfied. I gave them a fat tip just because they deserved it. I always put myself in the other person's shoes. Good service goes a long way. I will most definitely recommend them to friends, family, and people I care about. I love my new apartment as well! They said that's customer service who does that. I was quoted way off and now may have to pay 15k out of pocket because i cant get weight tickets that i paid $100 for. They said they would take good care of my antique hutches. All 3 were scratched and two were cracked and broke. I have tryed for 2 weeks to contact people and no one will call me back. I was told by Nick he would be there every step of my move and once I paid the 3k up front he stopped helping and just sent preloaded txt for a customer service that you can't leave messages with. This is the worst most corrupt lieing company I've ever dealt with. Do not trust them and the fine print they do not explain what the legal jargon means.

Start time for morning session is pretty set, but afternoon session can be early or late depending on morning session. We were lucky so originally we were scheduled for 3pm but they were able to come at 1pm. They were able to pick up from two locations for us, then drop at 1 location. They disassembled and reassembled some large items for us (desk, bed). The fee is by hour so you can ask them to do more or less depending on your budget (you could reassemble things yourself to save money/time). We were able to get a weekend slot just 5 days from time of first call.

There was no follow up from management either in how the move went or any feedback solicited. I wouldn't use them again purely for these reasons. Their prices are comparable to others in the area so why settle for mediocre service? Also, they charge you a fee for using a credit card, which was not conveyed in any of my quote prices originally sent from the manager. I found this out the day of the move.

As others mentioned they offer a discount for cash payment, and I was quited $145 an hour for 2 movers for the 2.5 hour minimum for my job. They were very flexible on timing compared with other companies. On the day of the move I let them know I was ready earlier than booked and they accommodated. They also came with 4 movers instead of 2 at no additional fee and got the whole job done in 45 minutes. The team were four friendly young men and they were super easy to work with, respectful, and careful with my things.
