It's the photo of the Big Nasty and the name that drew me in. The cooks recommendation of their signature burger persuaded my choice. I went for the Fire House. Grilled home made burger patty with the choice of plump and juicy or smashed. Melted cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato and pickles on a jalapeño bun. I got the green chilies on the side. The owner recommended that because they buy fresh and can never determine the heat. Great idea. I tasted first and then layered the sweet peppery heat to my liking. It also came with dipping sauce options for the fries. I went with the Mississippi style comeback sauce. Found myself topping the chilies with it. What a great tasting, burger. Well seasoned patty, great cheese and salad combo and the spice and zing from the peppers complemented the comeback.
