After confirming we wanted to move forward with Dante's team, they started the work within one week. The team was extremely efficient and had the work done in 2 days. They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable of the process to help manage our expectations. They went above and beyond what we had asked to ensure the new grass would not be overrun by surrounding weeded areas. They did an exceptional job cleaning up the area once the work was done.
