The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable through my issues I have experienced; gingivectomy around a back molar tooth, chipped a molar, and the cavity :(. They are honest and unless it affects your health (or potentially could) they do not press for services. I currently have two bottom molars that are beginning to twist out of alignment, but since its in the back of my mouth and I have a permanent bottom retainer, they have let me know I don't have to do anything unless it starts to bother me. While nobody 'wants' to have to go to the dentist, they make it easy for the patient. My hygienist, Erin, always remembers me and what is going on in my life from the last time I was in (six months ago!?) and it's nice to catch up. They always finish every visit with a warm lavender towel. Dr Mann's office does free oral cancer screening too, they will file it with insurance, but it they do not pay, they zero it off the account. I will say that they are very up front with costs and they will confirm with the insurance in the event you do have to have extra services so you know what your portion of the service would cost. Sometimes I even end up with a credit because insurance paid more than they estimated.
