Totally fine. I asked to reschedule. The person over the phone said "There's still an available slot for 2p." To which I replied, "That's perfect." And thus concluded our conversation. Fast forward to today, 9/28, and I arrive 10 minutes before my appointment only to be told that it was scheduled for tomorrow 9/29. I drive almost an hour to get to my appointment because I like the clinical staff, (and I don't feel like I'm being judged for my teeth). I also work 12 hour night shifts and have to actively work my schedule around appointments to ensure I'm getting ample sleep and can drive safely. But text alerts or even emails confirming times and dates would be greatly appreciated.
