Dr. Jones always makes appointments feel breezy, and I know the hygienists play a big part in making that possible! Front desk staff is also very professional and helpful, including Jordan. I usually arrive one minute before the appointment time and I'm in the chair in less than five minutes. The staff is knowledgable and friendly and Dr. Britt does great work - both in terms of actual procedures but also providing longer term advice. For instance, he recommended that we pre-emptively pull two of my sons baby teeth to allow the permanent teeth to come in straighter and reduce the odds of needing braces later. One year later, it's turning out just as he suggested it would. Highly recommended.

Missing that "1" made a big difference. However, the office was gracious enough to still see me that day. I think the business is still fairly new. I remember seeing ads about their grand opening not too long ago before I came in. The waiting room only had one other person there when I came in. I'm used to offices overbooking their patients, so this was a nice change of pace. They have a computer you check-in at as opposed to the usual clip board with mounds of paper forms you need to fill out, which is really nice for those of us who type faster than we write. I've had my share of bi-yearly dental check-ups and have visited my share of dentists. Though the dentist and hygienist did a great job examining me and fixing me up, I've had more thorough exams and cleanings before. However, what I loved about this place was that they weren't out to bill you for a bunch of unnecessary fillings or procedures. They tell you what to look out for and what to do to prevent those weak spots in your teeth from becoming cavities. The office is very clean and state of the art. If you're not happy with your dentist, try them out.

How you charge anyone for anything without their permission or honoring your burden of proof is beyond me. I think while the service (dental staff) was decent their administrative policies and procedures do not seem to be well thought out. Bottom line --- if you choose to use this clinic for your dental care, DO NOT give them your credit card information! I repeat, DO NOT give them your credit card information.

They were able to squeeze me in this morning at 8:20 for a consultation and cleaning. This office is very modern and they offer many different finance options to patients as well as cosmetic dentistry. Luckily they are an in-network dental provider. The front desk staff are courteous and professional. They really manage to run a tight ship. Lindsay helped me schedule my appointment and when I arrived I was greeted by Alicia who welcomed me to the office. You need to plan to spend some time during your first appointment. This practice completes a comprehensive assessment of your entire mouth. They allowed me to attend another appointment in the area and return for my exam & cleaning with Dr. Jordan. What I appreciated the most this visit was the pleasant and gentle bedside manner of the providers. Alicia & Dr. Jordan were patient & gentle the entire time. While I didn't have major dental work completed, I felt reassured I was in good hands. The imaging is what will take the most of your time here. They do several x-rays to really provide a clear and literal picture of the health of your teeth. Our teeth are bones and with proper care they can remain healthy for years to come. I prioritize my health so regular 6-months visits to the dentist are a must. Alicia discussed my level of content with my smile and reviewed my x-rays with me. I discussed my concerns about the discoloration that I have and we discussed bleaching with Dr. Jordan. Dr. Jordan reviewed my x-rays and areas that could be of potential concern in regards to old fillings. He made recommendations and completed my cleaning. Chloe explained my insurance coverage and what billing would look like. I found the staff here excellent and the facility breathtakingly gorgeous. I am Zheng Li, a 60-year-old immigrant woman living alone in the U.S. My son has been deployed to the Middle East, so I have no family support here. My English is limited, and I rely on help to communicate. On July 18, 2025, I went to this clinic for severe tooth pain. I asked if they accepted my insurance, and they said yes. After the exam, they took a $267 deposit and scheduled my next visit for August 5. When I came back, I asked again about my insurance coverage. Only then did they admit they are not in-network with my insurance -- something they never told me before. If I had known, I would never have paid or agreed to treatment. I asked for a refund, but they initially refused. Later, an administrator named Elizabeth promised if the costs were too high, I would get a full refund. But my insurance showed I owe $1,077, not the $419.20 the clinic said. I emailed on October 3, called twice in September and October, but received no response or callback. They have ignored me completely. I have been living with pain from July to October, unable to get proper treatment because they are holding my deposit hostage. As a woman alone with no family support and limited English, this has been an incredibly painful and isolating experience. I feel disrespected, misled, and deeply hurt by their dishonest and unprofessional behavior. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and urge others -- especially immigrants and vulnerable patients -- to avoid this clinic. We deserve honesty, respect, and compassionate care. Sincerely, Zheng Li email: zl10651065@gmail.com

The day of our consultation we checked in at the front little and they asked us to continue to check in through the doors. It was a bit odd but the woman who was at that desk was really rude. Once in our room the assistant and surgeon were great. Since they only do minors on the day the anesthesiologists are there and they are there once a month LOL. Okay then. We had to call and call to ask them when the July schedule was coming out so we could be one of the first ones on it. So per our schedule the first day we could was July. We had no contact or anything up to our appt. When we arrive we are NOT allowed back? What? I've never heard of this. He is a child!!! Why can't one of us be holding his hand to comfort him while he's put under and then wait in the recovery room for the poor thing. He was so upset waking up and not seeing us there. This is awful imo. What if he didn't make it through the surgery? We'd be out in the waiting room drinking coffee like everything is okay? This left a bad taste in my mouth I'm sorry. I should be able to be with my son as he's being put under and while he wakes. The first time I saw him was when he was walking to our car (don't even get me started on that issue) stumbling and looking not great. My mom heart sunk not being able to be there for him and hold his hand. Now they tell you to pull around. There is absolutely NO sign saying where to go. While we were waiting another mom came back in and asked for more information on where to park? It is not clear where to go. I'm sorry but the first time I see my child after a surgery should not be him getting into my car!!! They sent him home with ONE ice pack, wouldn't you send him home with 2? Even 4 to have 2 frozen while the other 2 are being used? I don't know if anything I mentioned above is normal practice but If I would have known I wouldn't even be in the same room as my son before and after his surgery I would have looked for a place that would allow this. I was sick to my stomach the whole time. I didn't get a single update either. Oh and our bill was $300 more than we were told. Nice. So dr and nurse were nice but I don't think I'd bring a teen here. I'm sitting here in tears so upset how things played out. Anytime your child is put under parents should 100% be in the know and able to even hold your own child's hand!! I'm sick to my stomach honestly.

We were charged $293 for a consultation that lasted under five minutes. The doctor didn't even examine her mouth--no physical check, nothing. They took one panoramic X‑ray (not a CT scan) and billed $167 just for that. I asked the front desk to apply our Aetna dental discount plan, and the staff had no idea what I was talking about. They simply repeated that the full amount was required. I called multiple oral surgeons in Cary/Raleigh afterward, and every single one quoted around $130 for the entire consultation, including X‑rays. I think this place is Overpriced, and charge way too much and no transparency in pricing. I think their charging/billing practices should be reviewed. This office's pricing is far outside the local norm, and the lack of transparency is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend asking for a full cost breakdown before agreeing to anything here.
