I live in Brier Creek now so I was delighted to see that there was a location here as well. The office is just as nice and features a beautiful fish tank. I submitted an appointment request online on a Friday afternoon and received a phone call immediately. Scheduling the appointment was easy. Everyone I encountered was helpful and nice. Parking was easy as it's a medical office building. The office was clean. I can't speak to their orthodontic care as I did NOT get my braces here. I have now had 2 sets of Essix (clear trays) retainers made here. I completed Invisalign in 2014 in Pennsylvania. I paid the same $300 for retainers here in 2016. This was the most affordable place in the area when I called around. I didn't bother calling around this time. It was a pleasant surprise to see this location--5 minutes from home. The Essix retainers are made in house and only took a couple days.

Clean and welcoming office & laboratories. Quick & punctual appointments. Easy scheduling and even easier email communication. All of that would be what I'd expect when coming in for an appointment however the reason RDA gets 5 stars comes down to this. Transparency. Every single time. Honesty, compassion & beyond surface knowledge is what brings me back. Comfortability in my plan of care gives me confidence that RDA is serving me as a total person. Love love love the staff. They're lucky my daughter is 11 and she's old enough to sit outside by herself for a few minutes, otherwise I wouldn't have honored their request. Quite frankly, I've been a mom for 25-years and have never had a medical provider ask me to leave one of my children in the waiting room alone so I'm taking a star off for that. They should reconsider this request. Anyway, aside from that the rest of the visit was pleasant. Staff was friendly and professional. Facility was clean. There was plenty of parking.
