However, the problem was after my visit. Horrible communication with the doctor's office staff. They kept calling my mom's cellphone number for my blood test results and for ultrasound appointment. I never heard back about my ultrasound results and I never got my skin cream that the doctor said she was going to give me. I asked for it again the second time I visited the office too (for forms). Also, you have to call at least 10 times to talk to someone on the phone and I waited 2 months for my appointment. Overall, doctor was sweet and informative, but lack of follow through with office staff + doctor, made me not want to back.

Returned calls are 2 days later not 24 hours. Appointments are months in advance even tho you won't see the doctor. Now they want to charge you a yearly "membership fee" of $250. Beginning February 1, 2026, our practice will implement an annual administrative fee of $250 per calendar year to help offset the cost of certain non-clinical and non-covered administrative services that are not reimbursed by insurance plans.
