There is a bench inside the door in small gift shop area. Imagine our surprise when we left about an hour later and there were dozens of people waiting outside! There are multiple parking lots available. What a spread for breakfast. I got the Shack Stack and my husband had the Sugar Maker. We both got berries in our pancake, so good. Hash browns come with or without onions (which were delicious!) The portions were enormous and amazing! I made a valiant attempt but could not finish it all. I took some French toast and ham to go and ate as a snack while hiking. (I usually get wheat toast but in hindsight might have enjoyed white better for French toast.) The salt and "peppa" shakers were adorable mini maple syrup bottles. I was surprised that everything was disposable (cups, plates, silverware). I understand this makes for easy cleanup but was a little disappointed in the environmental aspect. Otherwise, everything else was great - service was fast and friendly. You can get some syrup or jam from the gift shop to bring a taste home with you. Just make sure to get there early. :)

She kept my coffee hot and ensured our experience was top notch. This is no fancy place and you are served on paper plates with plastic ware, but that's part of the experience.

From the moment we walked in, the café felt warm, welcoming, and perfectly in tune with the charm of Woodstock. Mon Vert has a cozy, laid-back café vibe that makes you want to linger. It's bright, comfortable, and relaxed ...ideal for a casual lunch, coffee date, or just enjoying good food at an unhurried pace. The atmosphere feels very community-oriented and inviting. The service was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Staff were patient, helpful with menu questions, and made sure everything came out just right. As first-time visitors, we felt genuinely welcomed. For our meal, we each chose something different and both dishes were excellent. My wife ordered the Yankee Quesadilla ($15.00), which came with roasted chicken breast on a whole-wheat tortilla, pico de gallo, Cabot cheddar cheese, and a side of sour cream. She added avocado (+$2), which was a great choice, it added extra creaminess and flavor. The quesadilla was hearty, well-balanced, and satisfying without being heavy. I went with The Coffeehouse Brisket ($15.00), featuring their own coffee-marinated local brisket with pickled red onions, basil aioli, Swiss cheese, shredded carrots, and arugula on a baguette. This sandwich was outstanding, the brisket was tender and flavorful, with the coffee marinade adding depth without overpowering the dish. The pickled onions and basil aioli tied everything together beautifully. I also added a side of Homefries ($6), which were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and well-seasoned, an excellent complement to the sandwich. Mon Vert Cafe delivered on all fronts: great food, friendly service, and a cozy ambiance that fits perfectly in Woodstock. For a first visit, we were thoroughly impressed and will absolutely be back to explore more of the menu. A must-stop if you're in the area.

Got the waffle bites too, the texture was awesome, crunchy and soft with cinnamon and sugar. It's not fancy, but it's neat and tidy with a vintage feel to it. Don't hold it against them for wait times, they are literally a trailer by a field (with picnic tables). If you are in a hurry, you can order ahead. Including tip, it was under $30 to have a picnic breakfast. Definitely recommend.

And my husband was very happy with his chicken tender wrap. If you were like us and drove by many times..... do yourself a favor and stop. My husbands exact words as we walked away "so... go back for dinner?". Honestly we could; and would still probably spend less money than had we gone anywhere else on a single visit. We were there on a Sunday afternoon and honest if you're in town and hungry, you need to stop in. The breakfast options look so good. I absolutely will be back. I feel like I need to try all of it now.
