We were never given or approved a total cost, and the amounts claimed have changed repeatedly and remain impossible to reconcile. Our initial contact, Brian, was responsive until work began, then stopped responding entirely. Communication was redirected to Ellie, who could not answer basic questions about invoices, insurance, or the work performed, and often provided information that was later contradicted. We paid $5,000 upfront after being told this represented our insurance deductible. Despite repeated requests, we did not receive documentation or estimates for over a month after remediation was completed--while storage fees continued to accrue--preventing us from moving forward with reconstruction.
