These guys have been around for almost a quarter century, and their still being around has a lot to say of the craftsmanship and customer service. A few years ago, we had them come out and install a new door. It was originally a typical square cornered type of door. They had to cut the top section into an arch to install our new arched metal door and do it perfectly. Today, there have been no issues, no cracking, no pealing, no warping, no rust, no issues. A few years later we had them come out and install a matching (to the front door) courtyard pony wall gate - same thing, magnificent. From consumer-friendly staff, good prices, excellent service and superb quality if I had another door or gate or ironwork needed done, I'm calling them! Highly recommended!

They cleaned up after they finished and explained how to make adjustments if needed to the gate. I am very satisfied with their work! The side story: I have a turtle that needs to make its way back-and-forth from her pond area that is located on one side of the fence, to the other side where she hibernates or occasionally just hangs out. They measured the turtle before installation to adjust the height of the gate. After installation they brought her to the gate to make sure that she would fit underneath. I was watching from inside when they did the final measure, they were really gentle with her and I could see them smiling at her. Very cute!

A Safe Pool Phoenix was by far the cheapest option, coming in about $1500-2000 less than everyone else. Unfortunately, they no call, no showed our quote appointment, then took two weeks to reschedule. Communication was overall terrible and would take days or even weeks to get back to us. On installation day, the installer was late and didn't notify us he was running behind until he was already an hour late. Installation took longer than expected, because he was late, and I had to leave to pick my kid up from school so I didn't get a demonstration for how to take down and reinstall my new fence. Communicated this with the owner and he said he would let me know when he could come by the following week to show us. Once again, he never reached out and I had to initiate communication. We confirmed a demo for the following week, and on demo day, he texted to tell me he was really busy and might not make our appointment, which he scheduled personally. He texted instructions and said "it's easy," which made me feel really uncomfortable considering this is our first pool/pool fence and we spent over $2k on a product we're not sure how to use. Nick made it pretty clear our business was not important or appreciated. Do not recommend.
