Poor business ethics - He informed us he would throw in the bronzing of our front door for free, then went back on his word and said he never stated that. Upon having this conversation with he he stated he wouldn't have said that and would meet us half way and pay half the cost for the bronzing. When going to pay the 2nd half of the invoice Mike, AGAIN, stated that he wouldn't have offered to meet us in the middle and pay half the price of the bronzing.. he went back on his word twice. 2.) Poor installation - the installers left 2 feet worth or black marks on our new tile, grout, baseboards and the walls. The installation of an iron piece we had made in our backyard was shotty. It wasn't installed evenly, measured accurately nor was it fabricated to the correct measurements. 3.) Incredibly poor communication and follow up - trying to get mike back to call you back is near impossible. Installation took 3 weeks longer than quoted. Upon leaving multiple messages and sending emails we received no communication back for 10 days. Really wish I could be leaving a good review, pricing was fair.... Honest business ethics are more important and worth paying for..

It takes time, and time alone…read moreto determine something like an iron door and an iron gate are both excellent in quality and design, and if the workmanship both in its design and installation are adequate, let alone excellent. These guys have been around for almost a quarter century, and their still being around has a lot to say of the craftsmanship and customer service. A few years ago, we had them come out and install a new door. It was originally a typical square cornered type of door. They had to cut the top section into an arch to install our new arched metal door and do it perfectly. Today, there have been no issues, no cracking, no pealing, no warping, no rust, no issues. A few years later we had them come out and install a matching (to the front door) courtyard pony wall gate - same thing, magnificent. From consumer-friendly staff, good prices, excellent service and superb quality if I had another door or gate or ironwork needed done, I'm calling them! Highly recommended!
