Abel and his crew converted part of our home into a turnkey livable/rentable studio. Abel worked around our ideas and with his creativity and experience, the final product turned out much better than we had envisioned. The work consisted of new plumbing, electrical, flooring, sheet rock among other things. In addition, a new kitchenette and min split was added. He stayed on schedule and on budget. I liked his work so much that I recommended Abel to my son for an enclosed patio project. read more

After experiencing multiple different contractors, its safe to say that ICS has been the best experience out of all of them. They provided support during all phases from planning to construction. We expanded our house about a year and a half ago with Abel and his crew. He helped us funnel our dream into Blueprints. He made the whole effort of acquiring city approval and inspections painless. He was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. He was open to any of our changes and helped problem solve any of our concerns. I had ICS do a renovation to my house. The scope of work was pretty much the entire downstairs area of my house including the kitchen. I was recommended to ICS by a friend who had also worked with ICS before. It was a relatively easy process, I discussed with Abel Jimenez exactly what I wanted and him and his architect drew up some possible layouts and gave me a 3D rendering so I had a better vision of what it actually would look like. After that they got to work on submitting and organizing everything that we needed through the city. The communication was good and ICS took care of all the city processing and inspections for the job. They would give me access to progress photos from each day and I could immediately see the difference using those pictures. Ultimately I had a wonderful experience and do not hesitate to recommend ICS if someone is in need of a remodel, renovation, plans/blueprints, deign help. read more

We expedite plans into cities that want to add to their home, remodel, build new or run into unpermitted work. We are even referred by several City of Phoenix inspectors to help homeowners with their projects. What a great referral. We do all our plans in house. No waiting 2-3 weeks to be put on a schedule. We also have an in-house GC licensed to to do any residential, multifamily and commercial work. Reach out for further info.

Established in 2010.

We've been in business as Integrity Construction Services llc since 2010. I've been doing Construction since 1984 at the age of 14. Worked through out college in Construction and as a civil engineer since 1995. Recieved my first contractor license in California in 1998. In AZ in 2001. Rebranded in 2010 after several shady people used my ROC without my knowledge. ICS owns and operates a separate entity with 2 ROC licenses and soon to be 4 KB-1 licenses. I am very cautious on advertising my ROC licenses because of my past experiences. Reach out and we can talk if interested in the actual construction of your project, but the plans and drafting are all done in house. We were the contractor for 2 full seasons of Triple Digit Flip based here on Phoenix streaming on Disney+ to see some of our work . Reach out with any questions.

I finally had enough and called him out on his foul attitude and disrespectful demeanor. He changed tune for a moment but was still quite aloof. I decided to end the call as we were no longer engaging in anything related to architectural plans. I will not be using him and do not recommend his services. Michael, I'm surprised I have to say this but don't speak to other humans like that.

February 26th email sent voicemail sent, also an email sent from a different email address requesting a drafting inquiry, immediately responded to second email an hour later he replied back to 'me' "expect to have them done by beginning of next week (March 2nd). March 13th request update: still no update March 24th "finishing red lines" April 14th request for update: no update May 6th request update with dates of when he said it would be finished: no reply May 12th request for update: no response Today May 13th operations open at 9 am text sent 8:15 am...... To be continued.

Architekton has been a staple in the Tempe community for over 20 years and is owned by 4 local architects, most of whom graduated from ASU's school of Architecture. They have a large team of employees and are one of the few architecture firms who have avoided layoffs during these rough economic times. For examples of what they've done you can go to their website or just drive by the Tempe Center for the Arts off of Rio Salado right on the Tempe Town Lake. Or the new Tempe Transit Center next door to ASU's football stadium. These are just two of their latest and greatest en devours. They are a quality company that is also always giving back to the community that has given them so much. They have been volunteering at Tempe Cares since it's inception in 1991as well as donating time and money to countless other charitable organizations. If I ever need a building designed or have enough money to build a custom home I will be hiring them to do the designs.

They are heavy and the original guy cut corners and they started to pull away from the wall. I had called around a few carpenters to try to find a solution. Nolan not only had a fair price but also had the experience to recognize a suitable solution. Other's were over quoting what work needed to be done. Nolan and his brother stayed on the site for about 5 hours. During this time he actually decided to redo some work just to make sure it was 100% to his expectations. I would not have known myself and I appreciated his honesty and drive for quality. I will use 2 Brothers in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

Integrity Construction Services working under Casa Maravilla, with Abel Jimenez as the "project manager" never completed the job, pressured us to pay in advance, and used laborers who drank alcohol on the job (I have the beer cans.) Complaint filed and sanctions pending(see pic below) to Casa Maravilla- the license Abel Jimenez and Integrity Construction work under, because Abel Jimenez lost his own license (see pic of revoked license below). Buried wood underneath cement caused huge crack in the concrete pour Abel Jimenez did (see pic below). Our new GC pointed out over 28 errors, including walls not plumb, hardware missing, and work substandard. Failed City of Scottsdale inspection because work was either not engineered properly, or missing safety standards (see red tag addenda from inspector below). Had to call police during ROC inspection because Abel Jimenez invited a bully to yell at us from the street (see pic below). Tries to deflect and distract away from himself and his work. The ROC cited him anyway, because his work and lack of skill and workmanship speaks for itself. Stay away if you don't want this nightmare! read more

ICS was very easy to start working with right away. We just needed our kitchen redone (piss poor DIY job from the previous owners) and ICS had the renovation done fairly quickly. The guys over there work hard. Abel Jimenez was very not only easy to work with, but he was reaching out to us to show the day by day work. PS: I had the work done in 2023, Mr. Jimenez reached out to me to write a review, which I am happy to do since my wife loves the kitchen. read more
