After several months of working with Nest Design LLC and…read morereceiving little to no communication in response from the business, it's owner, or employees - I reached out to Nest Design LLC to see if the business would respond to a new work order inquiry. Like clockwork - the business responded IMMEDIATELY - under the belief that they had a new customer. Upon discovery by the business that they were actually communicating with one of their paying customers who they are currently ghosting, the business owner threatened legal action against me for my complaints and feedback. Which is very interesting - because the complaint and feedback is in relation to their lack of communication which they continue to prove is an issue for their paid in full clientele. Rick has built into his contract that you'll communicate with him BEFORE posting negative feedback online. Text messages from me to him on 08/25, 08/26, 08/29, 08/30 and 08/31 with no response is proof of my attempts to reach the business PRIOR to posting negative feedback online. There are several other instances between when we first entered a contractual agreement in late 2021 to today where attempts were made by the consumer to reach out to the business which the business and business owner ignored. My experience has left me feeling like Nest Design LLC cares about profits, not the people it serves and the business owner is unable to accept responsibility for lackluster performance and communication.
