He does not just create plans — he designs with a builder’s mindset and adheres to current building codes. As Doug draws, he is already thinking about how the project will be constructed, making sure every idea is realistic, functional, and cost conscious. Doug genuinely cares about his clients’ wishes. He listens closely, asks the right questions, and translates your wants and needs into a design that truly fits your lifestyle. His goal is not only to design your project, but to educate you along the way — explaining what is possible within setbacks, easements, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and structural limitations so there are no surprises. Stately design often comes down to the smallest details. Doug considers things like placing vanity lights, so they do not disturb someone sleeping, avoiding powder rooms directly off the entry, minimizing wasted hallway space, and designing with age, mobility, and long term comfort in mind. A home for a young family is quite different from a home for an older couple, and its design reflects that. Whether it is a custom home, addition, RV garage, or remodel, the goal is always the same — to deliver the best. Satisfaction Guaranteed!
