He is professional, very responsive, patient, easy to work with, has great ideas, and just an all around excellent architect and designer. I have a remodeling project for my house that requires the drawings of Plot Plan, Site Plan, and Floor Plan to submit to the city in order to get the permit. I have tried many of my local architects and engineering firms to request their services, but many of them don't even respond back due to the scale of the project. I then went to Yelp to see if anybody will respond my request. Ali from HAHd Design & Planning was the first one to respond with right questions regarding my project. Many other firms' responses seems to be cookie cutter responses (or auto reply response). Ali was the one that asked many right questions about my project and let me know that he can get it done within timing manner. Within an hour of his response, we already had phone conversation talking about my project requirements and he gave me the quote with reasonable price after knowing all of my requirements. The following morning, he and his assistant Tammy were already on site doing the survey measurements. They came to my house on time and they are very professional and very pleasant to work with. Less than a week, Ali called me that they are done with those drawings. He gave me the copies of those drawings plus their PDF files. The drawings are done excellently listing all the details for my project requirements. For sure, any of my future remodeling projects, I definitely will use MAHD Design & Planning again.
