I've been here several times, both dining in and ordering takeout, and the food has consistently…read morebeen good. My only recurring issue is with the online pickup system. On multiple occasions, I've received a notification that my order was ready for pickup, only to arrive and be told it would actually take another 25 minutes. That's frustrating and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. If the app or online ordering system says an order is ready, it should accurately reflect its status. Otherwise, it gives the impression that orders are being marked as "ready" to satisfy internal performance metrics or timing goals rather than because they're actually prepared. Accurate communication and realistic pickup times would make for a much better customer experience. This issue could be resolved with better communication and more accurate order tracking. If the kitchen is running behind, simply updating the estimated pickup time or sending a notification about the delay would set the right expectations and save customers an unnecessary trip. Most people are understanding when delays happen, they just want honesty, timely updates. Being transparent about wait times builds trust and creates a much better overall customer experience than marking an order as ready before it actually is.

It's a cool spot- restaurant on the ground floor, and upstairs they sell different things made locally, and also clothes. It was fun to walk around while the food was being made. Our server was Kara, and she was awesome! My nephew has a peanut allergy so she was checking in on the entire order and sides to be sure we were in the clear! She was so helpful and friendly, even when there was an issue it wasn't a giant deal. My nephew and I started out by looking at the protein shake menu. I chose the green goddess protein shake, and he went with the cocoa Berry. Let me just say that mine was so good I finished it quickly. Nephew ordered the garlic sweet chili hummus appetizer to start. It came with freshly cut pita quarters, carrots, and strips of yellow and red peppers. Fresh, crunchy, hummus was absolutely addictively delicious and more than enough to share! He then got the pesto panini, my older brother ended up landing on the Italian panini (they sold out of the corned beef). He also got the soup special, stuffed cabbage soup and that looked really delicious and piping hot. Lots of cabbage and meat along with the broth. I had FOMO for sure. One panini came with a side salad, the other chose the tomato, onion, and cucumber salad that came with balsamic. So tasty I tried it later bc we took it to go, and I ate it all! Really great atmosphere and concept. On our way out we had a conversation with the manager/owner, and it was really pleasant. The weather was awful, but our stop here was a bright beacon and a memorable stop. Support small owned businesses!

I was not expecting them to be kid friendly, as they are a little more upscale, but they asked if we wanted a high chair and kids menu for our toddler! The dining room has clearly been upgraded recently and was beautiful! Our server explained the various menus and specials and quickly took our drink orders. However, service started to decline after this. We had ordered the warm bread basket, and never ended up getting it. By the time we realized they had forgotten about it, we didn't feel like it was worth it. Our salads and soups came out quickly, but everything else took a while. When we would finish one course, it would take 10-15 min to clear our empty plates. The waitress also didn't check in with us very often to see if we wanted to order more drinks. I will also say that more places should start bringing our young kids entrees before the adults. It can be very tough for a toddler to patiently wait 30 minutes for their food. Once we got our food, I will say everything was quite delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly and had excellent flavor. Portion sizes were also great. I did find an unmashed chunk in my whipped potatoes, but the taste made up for that. The kids mac and cheese was also delicious and the portion was huge! For dessert, we had the option of creme brûlée cheesecake or flourless chocolate torte. Both were decadent and a good way to end the meal. We definitely want to give this place another try, as the food was good. They just need to work out some kinks with their service.

If you're a bourbon or scotch drinker, you'll love their selection. The bartender and owner really know their stuff and if you're not sure what you want, they won't hesitate to make a suggestion. When we were seated, we were immediately greeted by our server who was just as friendly and attentive as the bar staff. The menu isn't very big, but what they do have is very good. There was live entertainment which consisted of a gentleman on the electric piano singing songs. His selection of music was a perfect choice for people enjoying their dinner. Nice soft music and we never felt like we had to make an effort to talk over the music. He also had a wonderful voice and took a request from us to play Louis Armstrong's What a Wonderful World which he absolutely knocked out of the park! The owner stopped by our table a couple of times to check on us and was attentive without being over the top. I'd definitely recommend this place for a nice relaxing meal and some great entertainment on a Friday night. We'll definitely be back.

Flavors were much better and everything was cooked to perfection. I can confidently say we will back again and won't hesitate to bring our friends. Walking up, their front door is actually to the mochi donut shop next door. I walked in and got sat. I came at a later lunch hour so I was the only table. This venue is very pretty! The tables, decor and set up is really nice. My server came and got my drink order started. I snagged a golden isle tea which is pineapple and passion fruit tea. I already checked out their menu online so I didn't need much time with the menu at the table. For lunch I got the imperial egg rolls to start and the house special pho. As much as I wanted to get something else of their menu, I decided to play it safe with the basics. My drink came out first of course. It was really sweet and fruity. There are little pineapple bits and blueberries in it. It's really good. I was hoping that my egg rolls would come out first so that I can actually enjoy them with my fruit tea. But my egg rolls and pho came out back to back. That really annoys me cause I'd like to eat my pho without having it sit there while I'm working on my appetizer. The egg rolls were good. I love that they were wrapped in rice paper. The texture is so much better than egg roll wrapping. I would have liked some lettuce to wrap them in since they are pretty similar to cha gio. The filling is just a little different. The dipping sauce was a nice addition to the egg rolls. And the sauce could have been served in a bigger ramekin. The egg roll was just a tad bit smaller than the ramekin so it was annoying trying to dip a chunky egg roll in such a small dish. My pho looked hearty. It was topped with a lot of herbs. It was still hot after eating a couple of my egg rolls. I paused eating the egg rolls to work on my pho. Soggy pho noodles is not the best. The broth was flavorful. I added basil, jalapenos and Sriracha to my bowl. I dug in and I didn't expect the amount of white onion in my bowl. It was too much. Every bite was so much onion. I also expected more noodles which I finished in a few bites. The tripe and brisket were so hard to chew. The sirloin and meatballs were probably the only two things that were edible besides the 4 bites of noodles you got. I paid 30 bucks for my meal and honestly the pho was not worth the price point for as much as you get. The service was basic. I get your venue is new and shiny but your food and service needs to reflect your business. Would I come back, I don't know. If I'm paying for food, I'd want to go somewhere where I feel like I'm getting my money's worth. Today's meal was not the case.
