Walked in, was greeted immediately, and there was nobody at pickup. The associate came over in less than a minute, my order was already ready, and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. That's how pickup should work. I was also looking into a magnetic phone clip, and the associate pointed me right in the right direction without being pushy. The mouse was reasonably priced, the store was clean, and the customer service was solid. Definitely recommend this location, especially if you already know what you want -- order online and just go pick it up. Quick, easy, no hassle.

That said, this is a note on my experience over 4 visits to the Rivergate location in 6 months of living in the Steele Creek area. The product selection at this location is reasonably good and the store is kept neat and clean. In my visits, I have seen very few other customers at the store, so I am concerned about the long-term survival of the store. I don't know how long it has been at this location, but I've seen similar degradation of customer quantity at other locations that were historically booming so it seems more widely symptomatic than a given location. The employee engagement and customer service at the Rivergate location has been fantastic thus far. I've needed help finding particular products in the store, had to process a return, and made a purchase with delivery and installation. In all cases, I was met with friendly encounters with positive outcomes. As far as Best Buy goes, I really have nothing negative to say about this location other than I'd like to see a wider product selection. That said, I again recognize the difficulty in making that so.

From the store itself being in shambles to the complete and utter lack of customer service, six weeks later I still have vivid memories of how far Target has fallen from when I worked at the company. We needed something unlocked in Electronics and despite being in the area for over 10 minutes, there wasn't anyone around and there were no buttons to push to ask for assistance and instead had to find someone in another area who could not have been less interested in assisting us in connecting us with the person that could unlock this item. I got a new Direct TV receiver which required connecting to Wi-Fi. It wasn't working. They sent me an new router and when I got it, I could not connect so I called their Customer Service only to spend over an hour on the phone and talking to two different people. I got so frustrated with their CSR people on the phone, at one point the agent said 'is there anyone else there who is more technically savvy' I asked her, is it possible you could be mistaken ' she said 'no, I'm an expert'. I ended going to this store and met with Antonio. He listened to what I had to say, asked some questions and understood the problem. He was able to resolve the issue. He discovered that the SIM card was ALREADY installed in the router. I told this to the CSR's and they insisted that's not the way it works. The message here: don't waste your time on the phone, go to this location and ask for Antonio, he's a pro!
