I went into the store today with a billing issue, that was ultimately Verizon fault. When I say the team lead of the store which his name is Brick gave the best customer experience and the best customer service, I have ever had in my entire life WOW!! He went to battle for me and more. He would not take NO for an answer and continued to push customer service to get my bill right for well over an hour. I recommend this store location over any in the Charlotte area. The process of order and pick up was fairly easy. A store employee brought out my new phone and it was quick and convenient. I ran into some issues with the phone and had to switch it. The process was easy. The employee was helpful and didn't make the situation more stressful. I really appreciate that. This Verizon store never seems very busy and they store is always clean. I get to the store about 618 as I checked the time and they close at seven One of the associates runs to the door and locks it and tells me that they're closed already and that they cannot help me. I tried to call three different stores for for several days and no one is ever available to answer the dang phone. I finally went into a store today and was told they don't have phones in the store anymore (go figure) and your call goes straight to customer service. Sorry but I didn't sign up for this! I was impressed with this Verizon. We went to check out the new Pixel 2 with plans to switch to ProjectFi. Eddie was really awesome. I was expecting him to be more pushy, but he was honest and didn't try to sell us on anything we weren't interested in. We did have to wait for a little while for someone to be available which wasn't ideal. They also didn't have a normal Pixel 2 out for viewing which was inconvenient. We could have looked on our own, but because they didn't have one out, we had to wait for someone to finish before we could look at one. I wouldn't come back again since I don't plan to switch back to Verizon, but I would recommend it to others. read more

Terrible experience. Set up an appointment which I totally understand due to COVID-19. Arrived at my time and was told they were running behind and would take a few minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting and no communication of additional wait time, I finally went back to the door which at this time I was allow to enter. The manger "helped" me. When I told him I wanted to upgrade 3 phones, you should have seen his reaction, like he didn't have tome for that. He stayed there is no promotions for existing customers who has had 4 lines with them for many many years and there was nothing he could do. I visited this location today to upgrade to the new iPhone 7 Plus. When I entered the store, I was immediately greeted by a young lady with a warm smile. She asked me what I was there for and connected me to another employee named Jaimee. Jaimee was very helpful throughout the whole upgrade process. Jaimee broke down all of the fees, credits, etc... and she even found out that Verizon gives a 19% discount to employees of the company I work for!!! Bonus!!! The store didn't have any of the specific phone I wanted in stock, so it had to be ordered. I have visited this store in the past and have never had poor customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have had to wait for 30 minutes to an hour in the past, but they were doing all they could to get to everyone as quickly as possible. read more

I visited my local Verizon store (Steele Creek location) yesterday in hopes of getting my hands on one of the new iPhone 7 Plus's. While that was likely wishful thinking, I waited an hour just for them to tell me that they didn't receive any of the plus model of the phone and only had the regular 7 handset and that if I wanted the 7 I would have to order it. I totally get that when a new iPhone is released business is booming and requires all hands on deck. I still think they could have let people know that they did not have any of the plus version and that if you wanted that model you were either going to have to order it and wait or settle for the regular 7 rather than let people wait in line for hours at a time just to find out they weren't able to get the phone they wanted. Having to order it could be done at home online or over the phone with customer service. I may only be speaking for myself but waiting in line just to have to order something isn't good use of my time. They had snacks and people handing out numbered cards for you to fill out which model you wanted, one would think they would mention that if you were wanting a certain model today that would only be possible with the regular 7. Just think this could have been managed better. read more

Verizon wrecked my Christmas .I called Verizon corporate to find out who had note 5 phones in stock and get the retail price.They told where to go and they had them in stock. so off i go. They would not sell me a phone unless it was activated,nothing leaves this store unless it is activated.mind you i was paying full retail price,they told me to go to Best Buy and buy the phone they sell phones that are not activated.I was very upset Christmas around the corner and they would not sell it to me.
