That level of care truly went above and beyond. Our sales representative, Isabella, was also wonderful to work with -- kind, helpful, and professional throughout the process. When you call 611 and need to talk to someone (anyone) they give you the run around switch you to wrong departments, put you back to the automated service or just hang up on you , when they say they are putting it in the notes of your account they don't and when you get to a manager they don't see any notes in the system that you were told was there. They are PREJUDICE against any one who is not Spanish and I can prove it !!! This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in person or on the phone I am a veteran and a senior citizen and they just don't care about helping you after the sale I.E example I bought a new phone and was making payments on it and some how they put the payments on my tablet (cost of tablet) $200 (around) but they say it cost $900 dollars they see it and agree that it's wrong but also say they can not and won't switch it back to the phone and I wanted to cancel my tablet but to do this I have to pay them $900 before they will let me cancel the tablet just because of them messing up the payments on their end (611) My advice for any one is to just STAY AWAY FROM ATT AND ANY COMPANY THAT DOES BUISNESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!! I can not be on the phone with them for over 3 hrs anytime you call They do not want to do their jobs or credit you anything but they want you to pay them on time but not cancel a phone line when you want instead they say you are paid up till the end of the billing cycle and then they will cancel it. But they will not issue a credit , so they make you stay with them for an extra month or 4 months like me and charge you for it even though you try and cancel them One customer service personnel will tell you one thing and when you call again they tell you something else !!!! They are not trained or they do not want to do their jobs you choose which it was. My last conversation with them I ask if there were discounts for veterans was told NO they switch to to another department and then I'm told yes there is !!! So which is it ? The whole company is so messed up you CAN NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY OR DO!!!!! Spent damn near 2 hours in store being "helped" by a pair of workers who were totally inept. These "workers" acted as though they've never had to file an insurance claim to have an iPhone replaced that's still under warranty! I mean there's absolutely no way a customer should be sitting there for almost 2 hours and STILL didn't get a replacement filed correctly. So I have to make another trip to the store when it opens in order to complete what should have been completed last night when I spent almost 2 hours sitting there being "taken care of" of by two of THE MOST UN-helpful people I've ever encountered. Store manager I was told is Drew. Drew - you have a problem my friend if customers have to sit for 2 hours to get a replacement submitted correctly.
